Concessions are super high! Recommend eating before show! Seats are comfortable. Place has a bad smell to it. Prices are high! Worth the drive to go to the pinnacle!

My daughter wanted an Icee for her drink but we were told by the cashier that Icee's are not offered with combos. During the on screen theater advertising, prior to the movie previews, I saw an ad for a $1 up charge for Icee's with a combo. Thanks for NOT offering that to us when we purchased snacks. Frank Theatres at the Kingsport Town Center is absolutely HORRIBLE! Marquee Cinemas - Pinnacle 12 will never disappoint and that is where my family will go for movies from now on, at least there my 5 year old can get an Icee with a combo!!!

I quit going to this theater when they wouldn't reimburse me for a movie that I walked out of after 7 mins. They said I had been in the movie too long to get a refund. Well, Frank Theater.. Pinnacle is the best place to see a movie! Thankfully this mall is shutting down and this theater will go with it.

Anyone who highly rates this, apparently has never had to speak with the "manager". I see on here how they "resolve" issues by asking for contact info, so the manager can call back. What if the manager was a giant pompous, arrogant, childish jerk?? If he was the problem, why would they make you talk to him again? A 5ft great grandmother bought the wrong tickets and just needed to exchange them, and the manager, Joshua Hurd was so rude and childish, she had to ask for the phone number to report him, which he happily gave chuckling like "go ahead, they won't do anything to me". When Nana called him on it, he got an even bigger attitude and threw us all (including our 10yr old) out. It's sad big businesses allow the mistreatment of little old ladies!

I called to confirm they had tickets for a particular time, phone rang for over 6 minutes. Called 3 other theatres and they all answered in under 45 seconds.

Decent theater. Nice quality seats etc. Student discount is nice. Wish plans fell through for the IMAX screen

Wonderful theater! This theater is great for if you are hanging out with your friends at the mall you could spend time and watch a movie, the prices are fair, and the movie quality is amazing! (Definitely recommend coming here)
