I've been fortunate to catch some of my favorite musicians perform at The Kessler. I've been even more fortunate to perform at the Kessler a handful of times. I always have a great time here on both side of the stage!

Saw Iron and Wine here the other night and it was magical. This place attracts a great concert crowd and there wasn't a bad seat in the house! Accoustics were just right and the staff was super friendly!

Great venue, easy to get to, street parking, restaurants around the area. Wide variety of music, lots of well-known Texas outlaw bands, blues, c/w, and most any others. Prices are reasonable, good crowds.

Incredible little venue - a jewel! Came to see Tom Chaplin in January (of Keane fame), and the staff was amazingly hospitable and genuine. "Kessler Kenny" made certain my friend and I had a wonderful time, told us a good bit about the history of the venue, and made certain our night was absolute magic. Acoustically, the space is well-designed, the lobby area is top-notch (and gorgeous!). The owners' attention to detail is unparalleled, and I will definitely return to shows here!

i liked it cause the atmosphere was relaxed middle-aged group of music lovers. the sound in this place was wonderful. just need a place to dance !!

I thought this was a great intimate venue for shows. That is until I was told I needed to leave as my group was being too loud at a Peep show where they very clearly stated they wanted audience participation. I was never told about the issue until we were asked to leave. I actually think it was discrimination against lesbians. Don't go there unless you are heterosexual. Boycott on behalf of the LGBTQ community

I have to say this is one of the best live music venues in Dallas. I love the Kessler for its decor, as well as the acoustics. It's a small. intimate setting and the sound is always excellent. I photographed Asleep at the Wheel here a few years ago.

I can not tell you the number of times we have gone to the Kessler. The shows are fantastic. The venue is intimate and there is not a bad seat in the house. Depending on who is playing, you might have the opportunity to meet the band. We love this place and recommend it to everyone.
