Even tough place was packed, service was great. I believe all restaurants should be prepared to never lose an inch of quality no matter how many clients they have, but that’s not what we see out there nowadays, but this place knows how to handle it. Food was awesome, as usual! Love their lobster bisque and spinach dip!

Good food, as always. The bar wasn't too full but service was slow and wait for food was very long for half full restaurant (order was two soups).
Update:
I recommend the other locations compared to this one. I can usually get in and out fast along with better quality food. I still give this location 4/5 due to the quality of food.response / report this review -

The food and service were great
They serve alligator meat and frog legs, which are excellent. Their beers are also good and their red fish plates. The restrooms are really clean and they have big round tables to seat many people.response / report this review -

Consistently excellent. Great food served by courteous and friendly wait staff. There are not as many locations in the Dallas area as exist in Houston, but there is no drop off comparing the quality of the food and service between the Dallas and Houston locations. Great for a group dinner date. The fried alligator is pretty good. I have tried something new every visit and have never been disappointed.

Every visit is always a pleasant visit. You are treated with respect from the time you walk into the door until you walk out. Slightly pricey but reasonably priced for great quality seafood. I will continue to patron this facility in the future. Keep up the great work.

Brandi!!!!!!! Was the absolute best ever!! Just had a reunion dinner with the best aunt ever, our server did not skip a beat!! She was perfect in every way!! I pray many many blessings over your sweet sweet soul! Thank you so much, Brandi!!!

My first large beer was half foam. When mentioned to the server she stated, "yea, been pouring like like that all day. Also, I ordered seafood skewers which had very little seafood and I was told would include salmon but instead came with sword fish. Totally disappointing. Some other locations are fine but I will not come back to NW Hwy location

Our server was nice, but after we received our food we really didn't see her again until she brought us our check. Had to grab another server for refills. Then there were 3 children going around to various tables showing a piece of tattered paper asking for money. One of the boys stopped at our table. I was done at that point. If I was at a fast food place, then I could understand. Never happened to me before at a restaurant where the plates are $25-40.

Great service and food. We had a party of 10+ and had to wait to be seated. The host seated us at two separate tables at first which wasn't good being that we were having a Parent's Appreciation dinner. Out of nowhere, a young lady named Chelsea comes up and seats us altogether at one table. That was so awesome. Then we were fortunate enough to have Mark L as our waiter. He was professional and took care of all of our requests. I will be dining at this location again.

Our server Brandi was amazing and very helpful. For such a busy place the service was fast. We have the Creole shrimp and grits, Rockefeller and the house Creole oysters, Australian sea bass with sweet chili sauce. Food was fantastic.

Food was excellent as usual. We were a large group, so it was probably 20 minutes before drinks arrived. We had a couple of hiccups with respect to service--both, unfortunately, happening with our VP's order. Took them 20 minutes to realize they hadn't brought her drink to then tell her the Dr. Pepper dispenser was broken. When her food came, they missed swapping out fries for a baked potato. They brought the potato out several minutes later, and it was magnificent. Took a painfully long time to get the check.

Usually come here with family. For the area, you don't know where you're at because the environment here. Always have tasty food but be prepared to pay and leave a good tip!

The actual place where I met the Jumbo Gumbo in 1990 something Oddly enough, I've been to near 30 locations of this - and this will forever be a favorite. When in the Big D - I will manage lunch here (usually multiple days). Rest Row is a bit crazy in the evenings.

Great service! Our server name was miracle! Great personality and very accommodating. There was a mix up with our order but she took care of it in a very fast manner! She even made sure our desert was taken care of for the inconvenience! The manager was very sweet as well. The manager personally brought over our food once it was ready and made sure it was to our liking. Great staff!
