It was my grandsons 7th birthday. They bowled then went into the arcade. This place is great. The staff is attentive and friendly. Quick service. Great food. Burgers, fries, pizza, etc. I was tending to the kids while the adults did laser tag. I’m 66 years old and wasn’t real good at running the machines. The virtual ones with the goggles. All the employees were happy to help. Very sweet.
Everyone had a great time. Makes me want to go back.
    Thank you Main Event!!

Went for a corporate event and the experience was just okay. We were on our own for the room and AV until we asked for help. I would have expected a dedicated contact, but there didn't seem to be much of a hand off from sales. The staff providing refreshments and lunch were fantastic, and the gaming experience was a good one. Tightening up the corporate experience on event day would make the experience five stars.

The bowling was great and the billards was fun. Had a great time toward the rest of the night. But when it comes to the dining I was not impressed to hear that the server was the only one serving was very disappointing and not only that it was very unorganized. I would not recommend dining here but as far as everything else it was great.

Visited here for a company event today and I am more than pleased. They took such good care of us from the catering to making accommodations for our big event. Absolutely pleased. Keep up the good work Grapevine Main Event!

Bowling, Laser Tag, and Billiards! The arcade is cool too I guess. If you want any of those four things this is the place! Had a lot of fun coming here with my friends. We enjoyed it a lot. I got top score in laser tag :).

We (7 of us) bought All You Can Play passes and spent about 5 hours there during Christmas break. The bowling was excellent with automatic bumpers that came up and went down on their own with the designated players. We played 5 rounds of laser tag which was the best arena I've ever seen. We played early with just the 7 of us, but later when there were more people there, we played with 20+ people. It was a little too crowded then. They should cap it around 12-16.
We also had lunch which I'm shocked to say, was really good. One daughter had the salmon which was excellent. We also had the meat pizza, Cobb salad, and quesadillas which were all delicious as well and didn't taste like frozen, reheated food at all. The staff were all kind and helpful as well.
Overall, this was a great place to hang out with family during the holidays.

It is a good place for get together. This place has open design with many different gaming options, including blowing.

We been there for blowing and enjoyed it. It has good number of lanes and it can accommodate a good number of people. Also, they have enough balls for all the people.

They serve good food and you have option to order drinks (Personally I have not tried hard drinks). You have food near to your blowing lane. That means you can enjoy food, drinks and do blowing.

The servers are very friendly and helpful. For us she put the food right in time. Before removing food she let us know well in advance so that we can keep some food in our table.

In summary it is good place visit with your friends and family.

I was very not satisfied and unhappy. My first time there what the blank. The front staff, REALLY. That why I did not tip. If you treat me like that, then I am going to show you back. Now the waiter is a different story. Great Job. I will never will go back. F You Main Event. To be honest should be negative stars.

We went here on Saturday for Veterans day because they were offering a free meal to veterans plus a $10.00 gift card to play games. My husband is a veteran. He ordered the fried chicken sandwich which he really liked & I had the coconut shrimp which was also very tasty. We also played a few games which were fun. Overall, we had a good time & it was nice to do something different plus it was a good way to celebrate Veteran's Day. We should always honor them whenever we can. They've done so much to keep our country safe.

Jazie bell was so upbeat and made me feel so welcome. I will definitely come back here just for her positive attitude. Her qualities are hard to find in customer service and y'all hired a winner.

The place is alright. They've seemed to have hiked the prices for arcade games, but the staff is nice and they'll go out of their way to help with anything. Keep your ME card(s) so you don't have to pay an extra fee next time, and you can always make use of the remaining balance.

Best birthday ever! It's was fun for everyone. We were there for a dual birthday party. They were ages 7 & 12. I'm 50. My best friend's dad is in his 70s. We played laser tag and laughed so much. It was unlimited for $7. We would have over 20 people from the party in there playing together. We played and played and laughed. I'm sure the boys enjoyed their birthday party, but I'm certain the rest of us did. Definitely 5 stars!

Met some friends for drinks & chat. The place is recently renovated & looks very nice! Our server was polite, but service was a bit slow. I had wings, great flavor, really juicy! Overall a pleasant experience.

Had a really great time here, not sure what others could be upset about with this place, unless its in regards to how crowded it gets on the weekends. The place is clean, everything works well, and they have a good selection of video games, all in good working order. Staff was friendly too. I'd be curious to see what the crowd is like on a Saturday night. We went during the day and it was very kid-friendly; lots of families.

Fun place with good quality bowling lanes. Pretty pricey though. Almost $40/hr for bowling. If you have a young one learning to bowl this time goes by quickly. Other than that service is good and arcade is fun.

If you like bowling, computer virtual games, so many television screens you can't count, noise, mediocre over priced food and over priced drinks where the cocktails barely have any adult in them, then this is the place for your next event. It does accommodate large groups of people much younger than I. Maybe that was the problem.

The experience was awesome. A nice looking place and the variety of things to do was ideal for family or an out and about type occurrence. We stayed busy and the wait time wasn't too long overall for bowling even though they were pretty busy. We were able to get engaged with activities while we waited on our turn to bowl as a family.
