This is a great place for winter stay are even summer. While the Resort itself is a little dated the rooms are very spacious and the staff are excellent pbandt the views during the winter amazing and it's very close to the ski resorts and tourist places in Banner Elk

We were lucky. Had snow the night we arrived and great pitchers next day. Even throw we don't sky we had a great time on the golf course and the small towns nerve by. Units are large and are being renovated. Full kitchen and bath.

Friendly staff and decent amenities. Townhomes could use an update but not bad in my opinion. Wifi was very hit or miss in the unit. Pool and hot tub were nice and the views were beautiful from the top of the mountain! Will probably stay there again.

We love our visits here whenever we go. The setting is beautiful and the staff are always pleasant and helpful. The condos are a bit dated but comfortable. Definitely recommended.

Wonderful view in a very nice setting. The 2 bedroom is huge and has two balconies. The unit has two bathrooms with a full size kitchen, as well as a Fireplace all in a Townhouse type configuration.

Scenic view from our room. These are an older style interior but great layout in our two bedroom unit. There is no a/c so it gets hot on the hottest days in summer. I see plenty of heating for the winter. We are here in July.

We stayed here June 9-11. The rooms are very out dated but they are not bad. The beds are very uncomfortable. The view was very pretty. My main complaints were that the beds very awful to sleep on and the fact we had a bottom room and anytime the people on the top floor moved it was extremely loud. And it didn't help those people seemed to stay up all night. The pool and hot tub was very nice. And distance to blowing work was great. For the price we paid it was worth it. I do plan to stay here again. I would recommend bringing something to make bed comfortable and if your cold nature bring a blanket because their blanket is thin like a flat sheet

Mountain Top Resort with outstanding long-range views. The facilities are somewhat dated but show improvement with every visit I make. The staff is outstanding. I highly recommend this Resort.

We stayed here for our 21st anniversary. It was great. Convenient to shopping, Grandfather Mt., Blowing Rock and other attractions. Clean and spacious, with a great view, for a great price. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this establishment. Only suggestion to the management is a few more signs pointing to the office would help because there are so many roads that branch off from the one that takes you to the top and the office.

The rooms are gorgeous. The views even more so. Roads are confusing to navigate but that is to be expected. The Internet speed Is blazing fast and free which is just delightful. Amazing place to stay for a relaxing vacation.

Been coming to this resort since the 80's, yes it was built back then and that is the rustic feel it gives you. It is super peaceful with all rooms having a stone fire place and the amenities are awesome. Couple of times the pool has been a problem, but the last time it was perfect. Wish they would PUT in a M.A.M.E. Arcade system in for free gaming on the Arcade machine.
