  My wedding here was beautiful. Michael is an expert and he made sure that we had everything we requested. I used to work here in high school. Toughest job I ever had, but that's because Michael wanted people's events to be flawless. This is why I chose to have my own wedding here, 15 years later. HOWEVER, someone or a couple of people who work here are thieves. At the end of the night, after all of my guests had gone, my wedding shoes mysteriously disappeared. One of my vendors saw them at the end of the night while packing up. My mother's tennis bracelet which was my something old, borrowed and my something blue fell off my wrist and was never returned. A couple of my guests said money was missing from their cars when returned from valet (they don't lock the cars when parked). This was almost a month ago. If I get my items back, I will update my review. But for now, my advice if you plan to have an event here, is BEWARE.

  Every aspect of our wedding Journey was Amazing! A dream! Everyone is calling our wedding the wedding of the century! They enjoyed every single moment of it, one of the reasons is because the fountainhead team made it such an event! Everything we wanted and more was done at the fountainhead it was peaceful magical and as if we were in a movie. Payment plan is awesome! the price is amazing! Very flexible with our guest list, the food was to die for the ambiance and the leftovers for our mini moon was still amazingly good. I wish i could do it all over again it was a movie and we are thankful and grateful! xoxo we love you fountainhead family. forget about the davenport view we were able to take pictures by the water of the davenport and still have a breathtaking time at the fountainhead! Everyone went above and beyond our expectations Ask for Andy he will take care of you and treat you like family!

  Would like commend this place for outstanding service and amazing food. The ambiance is amazing and we couldn't have asked for a better night celebrating our closest friends wedding. A special shout out to Breann and Paul for their wonderful hospitality and their professionalism. You made our night perfect.

  Wonderful place to have a party at!!! I got married there myself and highly recommend this place. I have been to several parties there as well. Food is fantastic starting from the cocktail hour to the desserts. My husband and I just had such a memorable experience. Staff is very attentive, helpful, and cater to your specific needs. Andy, Paul, and the Fountainhead staff are awesome. If you need to book your next party check this beautiful place out. Ask for Paul and you will not be disappointed.

  I attended a wonderful wedding at the Fountainhead. Everyone working there went above and beyond to make the day amazing. The food was great and was served in a timely manner unlike other venues I have attended. The wait staff was very kind and made sure everyone was taken care of. The DJ was perfect playing great music throughout the night. I epecially want to thank Paulie, Andy and Mike for making sure the night ran smoothly while still being friendly and social to all the guests.

  I want to thank everyone at the Fountainhead for making my birthday party a memorable event, especially Paul and his staff who went above and beyond to ensure the guests and myself had everything we needed. The food is amazing and everyone could not stop raving about it. I highly recommend the Fountainhead!! you wont be disappointed! Management very nice, courteous and professional, ask for Paul.

  I LOVE this place!! Our oldest daughter got married her 2.5 years ago (September 2014) and our youngest will be getting married in April of '18. From the time you pull into the lot, everything is top-notch. The General Manager Andy and Manager Paul are outstanding and make you feel very important. We've been to several other events here, and there aren't words to accurately describe the food and service. The cocktail hour stations are incredible and each contain very delectable choices. Once you get to the main event, all courses our 5-star! I've never been to any other venue that has better food and service. If you need a venue, you should look no further than The Fountainhead.

  My wife and I recently had our wedding at The Fountainhead in New Rochelle. From our very first experience with this place we were blown away with how professional and accomdating they were to us. Andy, the gentleman who was our first contact and person running the show, was phenominal. A seasoned veteran who could run through the process with ease and not only know the question you are going to ask, but give a detailed explanation on any query you may have. He took us on short notice and late at night right before they closed to show us the place and give us the breakdown on options. We were convinced we would use another venue but after meeting Andy, we easily changed our minds. One big conern of ours while planning the wedding was that we wanted the food to be above average. No one wants their guests to leave their wedding hungry. We had heard good things about the food at The Fountainhead and after the tasting, it wasn’t a concern anymore. The setup and service was again amazing. Whatever we selected wouldn’t be a wrong choice. As we got closer to the big day we needed some time to set up the centerpieces that my wife made herself. Andy was gracious enough to have us in earlier on in the week and gave us free reign over the room to do what we needed to do. Our phone calls were taken immediately and we were given all the attention we needed. While setting up our center pieces we met our maitre d’ for our special day, Paul. He was very kind and helpful with anything that we needed. He was very accomodating, knowledgable and had the perfect disposition to put our minds at ease as the day got closer and closer. When we got the to venue the day of, the full staff was there at our beck and call. We were directed on where to go and they had staff directing our guests on where to go. We didn’t have to worry about anything. My wife then met her bridal attendant Breann. Breann was fantastic. Every little thing we needed she was right on top of. She was so cheerful and prfoessional. She was always within reach in case we needed anything and is absoutly excellent at her job. She has a very bright future in the wedding industry. Overall there was not one complaint that we have about The Fountainhead. The entire staff is so helpful, so friendly and so knowledgable on what they do. We could not have asked for a better staff to help us in a day when so many things could go wrong and be disasterious. The facility was amazing. Every room including the ceremomy room, bridal suites, sitting/waiting areas, cocktail hour room and the grand ballroom were well decorated, clean, large and well maintained down to the very last detail. The food was amazing. Cocktail hour, apps, pasta, entrees and the cake and desserts that they provided were all top class. They even served our guests water and grilled pretzels on their way out. Every last detail of this place is superb. True professionals. Truly an amazing experience on an already amazing day. The best part is we didn’t have to break the bank in order to have our wedding there. There were a lot of other places that cost a lot more and didn’t offer nearly as much and im positive they arent as well staffed because it cant get much better than The Fountainhead. On your most important day and the beginning of your lives together, trust these people to take care of you. Other than choosing my wife, of course, this was the best choice I could possibly make.

  The worst wedding place, the food and service r bad, the cotail hour were salted. And the manger here seems need more training for how to do the service for the bride and groom, I m so despointed to attend the wedding here. Will not come back again.

  Great event getaway. Nice set ups and the best vienesse table i seen in a while.. food good but not excellent at least in our event but I highly recommend this place.

  Came for a wedding reception. the appetizers were AMAZING, the main course was decent, i've had better.. the wait staff was horrible.. they spilled my cousin's jack and coke all over my purse, dropped my phone from the table (without apologizing), hit my niece's head with the serving tray and they were more interested in clearing off the table and being rather rude. They should get better wait staff.
