While we were waiting over 45 minutes for a table that they said 30 or so minutes, we saw 3 parties that got there AFTER we arrived get tables first. (We all got booths so numbers didn’t matter). We were just about to leave when our turn finally came for a table. My husband ordered a Guinness burger medium well. I decided on a chicken Cobb salad with “crunchy lettuce” as the menu said. His burger came out not even medium but RARE-actually dripping blood! My salad was a huge disappointment as well - over some flimsy rare greens and spinach. The manager was supposed to come and speak with us but decided not to show. An overall bad experience. Could have saved time, money and possible food poisoning by just going to the Golden Arches down the street.

As much as I liked food, I really didn't like the waitress serviced my table. She had never offered me any specials on Sunday night and charged me the regular price on wings and things. She seemed like she wanted to ring on my bill for more tips. I just let it go bc she seemed like she needed extra $$$. Not even sure if she was properly tried to serve bc she didn't give me a good impression on the service.

It was okay. Hard wooden booths are definitely not what I want when I request one. Our waiter was either inattentive or had too many tables assigned to him. While he got our orders right, he never came back for drink refills just seemed hurried.
I had the chicken Philly sandwich which was hot and tasty. Home made chips were a nice side, but I had to add salt. Beware the iced tea. It had a strong lemony taste to itnever mind the Warning of you like lemonresponse / report this review -

I love all if the Distillerys, but this one has an amazing outdoor seating area. The service is always terrific and the food consistent. The fish tacos are my favorite. Good beer selection. It can get crowded but they take reservations.

Sat down at the bar for lunch and was served immeditately. The bartender informed me it was Taco Tuesday so I got the shrimp tacos and a beer for a great price. The tacos were delicious and the food came out within 10 minutes! I am highly satisfied with my experience.

Sept2017: very disappointed. I remembered my review from 3 months ago and was surprised by my experience this time around. I came with 4 other people and sat at the bar. The bartender was quick to get us out drinks, but extremely slow to come back for our food order. There were other people at the bar, but not enough for the wait. Two guys came 10-15 minuets after us, who she got drinks for and then asked them what they wanted for food. Then took our order. I got the sirloin steak rare, with mash and Mac and cheese. My steak was far from rare and the Mac and cheese was terrible. The price I paid and the 20 minuets I waited for my food was absurd. I will not be coming back again.
June2017:Had a great meal and service tonight. As someone who's been having trouble finding good places to eat on a late Monday night, I was pleasantly surprised by this find. I ordered steak (rare) and mashed which came out perfect. We also had the 5 cheese Mac, sweet fries with cinnamon and honey and the chicken avocado sandwich which were also good.response / report this review -

Just left this s-hole. Bartender was too wrapped up in her girl friends to wait on me. I looked around too see 2 separate tables of 4 employees just talking and enjoying their time. Too bad. I used to love this place for 20 years. Last visit in Greece the wings were under-cooked and they were more concerned with closing up then giving good service.

Always a good time. A little over stimulating with all of the TVs and noise, but that's the idea at a place like this. The best thing on the menu is the wings with smoke and fire sauce. Wings are always half price on Mondays. Can't beat that deal

Never use your credit card at any local Distillery locations! Since at least 2011, myself and several others have had our credit card numbers stolen immediately after visiting different Distillery locations. It happened to 3 of us within a 2 week period in 2011 and since then I have only used cash until 3/18/17 when I mistakenly used my card and today, 3/20, I was notified my card has been compromised.
The issue was reported to Distillery management but they did not find anything, which is likely because it sounds like the numbers are being captured at the remote payment processor level or above (not locally at the restaurants).
In any case, the food and service at the Distillery is good and I recommend it, but just remember to ALWAYS USE CASH!response / report this review -

Prices for lunch/dinner are reasonable. 2 beers and a burger comes to around $20. Food is great. Excellent wjngs and burgers. Bar service is always prompt. Great place to catch a game or play darts.

We came to celebrate my husband's birthday and we had a great time. We had a table of 7 and our server was great! Food was wonderful! All around great experience. Definitely excellent first impression and will definitely be returning! Thank you for a great night.
