I am a student at the CIA(Bachelor program) Attention to people who want to study in the CIA!!! CIA is a wonderful place for culinary education. However, staffs and some prof in the CIA are really lack of responsibility, so just be cautious when you decide to apply the CIA

Ate at The Tavern because we didn't make early enough reservations for the fancy restaurant BUT I don't regret eating at this one at all!! Service was AMAZING!! Seriously the most efficient service I've ever experienced at a restaurant: less than a minute of ordering, we got our food. I wish I had a bigger or more stomachs! I had the duck confit while boyfriend had the mussels. Both were absolutely delicious and that's amazing in itself because nothing doesn't usually order or favor seafood. Dessert was fantastic: the molten chocolate cake with banana passion fruit sorbet. Two very rich and strong flavors separately somehow perfectly balanced each other out together. 😍😋 Definitely eat here.

My second visit to this CIA campus was just as amazing as the first one 2 years ago. Adding up to the refined service and food from Bocuse restaurant, this time I also visited The Egg, their last gastronomic addition. Being served by culinary and hospitality students is a great way to get a sense of the school standards. Still think it was a wise decision to have my child attending there.

Visiting CIA has been a very memorable experience! The campus of CIA itself is stunningly beautiful; you would be hard-pressed to find a more visually appealing university campus And we haven't even started to talk about what they actually DO there.

The culinary activities of CIA merit immense respect. We went to the Apple Pie restaurant, the Bocuse restaurant, and the Egg, which is the part of the CIA that actually provides repast to the student body. All of these, in their own individual ways, are creating truly remarkable food!

Beautiful campus with free parking; food at the Apple Pie Bakery Cafe delicious and fresh; the student servers charming. We enjoyed talking in Italian with Mauro Sessarego, an associate professor in Hospitality and Service Management, who was on site overseeing the experience.

We had an incredibly fun and delicious dinner at the CIA--went to the french restaurant. Not only is the food good, creative menu---but the whole experience of being served by and having the CIA students around you gave it such a fun and unique ambiance. Loved it. Make a reservation though as it is busy. Fun to walk around the campus and school as well.

The setting is spectacular as it evolves with the seasons. The food makes one think that their favorite meals from restaurants all over the world have been gathered in one place. The students are a pleasure to observe and interact with. A truly exceptional experience.

Friendly, helpful staff. Unusual and hard-to-find cooking tools abound here. Lots of cake baking equipment. Small, but good, selection of books.
