They will lie to you, and screw you over in a heartbeat. Expect to pay about $150 more then your told you will be paying every month. If a cars only worth 9 grand, they will make u pay 14 grand for it.. also they put a "maintenance contract " on your car to make u pay even more and they won't let you cancel it. Don't get screwed over like me.. go somewhere else. . . Unless you want a horrible experience and your credit to go down.. they are a Bunch of scumbags

Just purchased a Mazda3 for my daughter through Shawn with Marketplace Mazda. This was the most pleasant buying experience of my lifetime. Shawn provided a quick quote online, and when we went in to close the deal the next day, no surprises or unexpected additional costs. We also appreciated no pressure to buy an extended warrantee or additional paint coatings. We would purchase from Shawn and Marketplace Mazda again!

After doing a lot of homework, I test drove the Mazda6 and CX 5 in late February. When I went to the dealership, I told the salesman, George Leach, that I was only there to test drive and not to buy anything at that time. George lined up the test drive vehicles for me and also answered all of the questions that I had. There was no pressure placed on me to sit down and talk numbers. On March 31, 2016, I ended up purchasing a new Mazda6 Touring. The whole experience went very well, thank you George and Marketplace Mazda!

I did regular service and AC unit replacement service here.
After the regular service, front tire air cap was missing.
After the AC compressor replacement which is costly, my car hood was open and I did not notice till I drove for 13 miles.
I don't know what else is the problem after I went there.

Just recently purchased a car from Shawn at Marketplace Mazda and it was awesome! He's laid back and doesn't do the whole "pushy salesman" thing, which was a huge thing for me. Also talked to Joe during my purchase, another great guy. Glad I had these two to work with during my purchase. Everything was set and ready when I came in to sign the final paperwork.. Everything from meeting Shawn, to the test drive, to talking about pricing, and signing the final paperwork was super smooth and easy- especially compared to some people's horror stories that I've heard. Thank you Shawn and Joe for an exceptional first time buying experience!

I had such an amazing experience buying my first car at Marketplace Maza! BILL was my salesman and he was absolutely wonderful, patient, and kind.. went out of his way just to make sure I had everything I needed and leave with the exact car I wanted!.. In the early research phase of shopping for a new car. Walked in to sit down in a new Mazda and compare to a couple others. The salesman I talked to was very helpful without pressuring us into a sale. I've been into so many dealerships that all work on pressure sales; it was so nice to shop somewhere that they didn't want you to walk out the door before signing a contract.

Good service. I go here for all my oil changes and any other work. I trust the people there. Sometimes it is pricey for work other than oil changes. They have a nice lobby and sitting area, outlets and free Wi-Fi, so if you're waiting for you're car, it's very convenient. They also usually have coffee, packaged pastries and cookies.
