Room seemed adequate for a low-end property. The demographics of the area surrounding the property are lower than average and could use some sort of city revitalization project.

This place is a true roach motel. It's infested with roaches and bed bugs. It's super sketchy. Drug dealers and tweakers everywhere. Not to mention heroin junkies walking around. The rooms are sticky and nasty, the beds dusty and unclean. I'd probably stay in my car than stay here.

Honestly, it's a motel. They offer great weekly and monthly rates compared to other motels in the same condition. I've read the reviews and i have to disagree with most of them. First off, it's a motel not a Marriott. Secondly, since I've been here i haven't heard any disturbances or have had to run into any druggies. Expect to, though. I mean this area isn't such a great area so, don't be expecting to see 👼's walking around. It's a great motel for a great price. If you want a better room that DOESN'T have a kitchen(The Colonade Motel has kitchens) and is twice as expensive then go elsewhere. I'm content here with no complaints.

There were issues, to be sure. But we knew by the price that there would be. Kept it as clean as possible and poured bleach down the drains. Was there for a year with my family. It kept us together. Owners not nice but pay the rent and you will never know that.

There are bugs and the outlets don't all work. Not all the rooms have phones and the owner is a rude Jerk

The Colonade Motel is very unique. The kitchenettes are clean. Everything works as you would expect.the A/C is COLD, beds comfortable and the showers relaxing and warm. But please remember the Colonade is dog friendly and as our pets are our family too, this motel is 5- star because it's nice to realize and a relief that a family can all stay together.

They've renovated the rooms which is great but many of the full time residents' loitering is a major deal breaker plus the roaches are disgusting. The police are out of control when.harassing new guests. The management are sweethearts. The owner is equally kind. It's really a shame the beautifully designed rooms and brand new beds are not enough to change the overall imagine of what could be a great motel for travelers to stay.

Stayed there for a great amount of time. Worse experience ever! Cops are kicking someone's door in every other day. And drugs everywhere. Bedbugs are a huge problem as well!
