I love this lake! The campjng sites are right off of the lake. Great for family fun! And the drive up is actually pretty smooth even in a car! Ill go back as often as I get a chance!

The place was a DUMP!!!! The room was not what the website shows!! It was empty except for a bed with no blanket a t.v. with no remote the dresser drawers were stained & dirty!! The bathtub has cigarette burns on it. The drapes barely had enough hooks to keep the drapes on. The party started at 10 pm & went till 4 am outside no sleep. Trash was every where. Bee's all around the read dumpster outside the entrance to the lobby. Still there the next day!!!! The boat rentals was a JOKE!!! They get you all the way down there & it Sucked!!!!!!!! Never have I seen such a horrible run place 😠😠😠😠😠😠😡😡😡😡😡😠😠😠😠😠

Location, location, location! The hotel is basic -- very basic. No coffee maker, no microwave or mini-fridge. Small towels, no mattress pad on the bed, no blanket -- only the old-time "slippery" bedspread -- and the sheets were threadbare. Literally, a threadbare sheet between you and the mattress! However, the bathroom was clean and the room was spacious enough. The view out the window at the lake helped us ignore the dead flies in the window sill. This is the only hotel at Apache Lake and the lake itself is amazingly beautiful! Just take some linens and a little coffee pot and a few food items and you'll be fine.

Avoid the motels here, they are nothing but college dorm rooms! Not family friendly at all. The breakfast service is a joke, 30 mins to just start an order and receive orange juice. Not a top priority at Apache Lake for customer service after calling in noise complaints in my impressions of them! Save your hard earned money, buy a tent, and camp instead somewhere else. We will not be returning to the motels, if we come back!

I've been going up there since I was a child and every year for the past 20 you can camp,get a room or a kitchenette Whatever fits your needs and budget. They have all kinds of boat rentals,a restaurant with excellent food from breakfast to dinner! A small store with everything u might have forgotten,T-shirts,flipflops And most of all the nicest staff ever I highly recommend for a quick weekend getaway close to the valley. Or check out their website they always have something going on like a fishing tournament or music festivala Arizona place to be !

Always an amazing experience at Apache lake. The photos on the walls tell a great history of Apache lake and the Rosovelt dam. Front counter and store employees are friendly and helpful. The bar and restaurant is nice and clean. A great place to go boating, fish, camp, stay at their hotels and enjoy the outdoors. Highly recommended!

Drove 2 hours to find out that the mechanic was out and that seven boats were down. There was absolutely no help from the staff. They didn't warn me yesterday when I had called that the mechanic was out and that there were few boats still functioning. I realized it is first come first serve, but most people don't live 5 minutes away and they should do a better job providing their reliability and improving the quality of their watercraft. I am very upset with their performance and attitude.

Wounderful place, beautiful people work there It's one big family. Great fishing and great food. Rooms are always perfect. They have everything you need in case you forgot something.
