Nice place to stay overall. Clean safe and well maintained. A bit on the pricy side at well over $500 a month on the discounted rate plus electric sewer water and tv.
The free internet is worth what you pay for itso slow the computer says " no internet connection" I talked to them about fixing it but was told they have "no intention of improving itmake alternate arrangements." Not what I expected to here from a top notch expensive park.
They allow dogs but if you get any complaints about them barking or acting like animals you'll get a letter stating that next time you have to kill the dog or get out. Not a god policy especially for those who own park models that can be invested above $100k. This letter comes with no way to appeal the findings of the complainers. Basically they take their word for it. Does not matter if unfounded. So bend over.
Laundry room is great.
Restaurant great
Happy hour great but only in winter months.
Nice pools.
Good dog park.
Sometimes homeless people wander on the property and use facilities, they access from the wash next to park.
Staff is excellent not sure about the managers..
