the place is dirty and VERY overpriced
Bed bugs, ROACHES hella roaches so bad it's infested. You walk on the carpet and it's so dirty your feet turn black. The entire place needs a pressure wash it's so gross on the sidewalks. The management is rude and money hungry. They should never rent to families, children SHOULD NOT be here because of the drug use and filth.

Please do yourself a favor and don't get stuck paying weekly rates like we did, go anywhere else! The broadview motel is worse though. beware Main St Motels :(

Can't believe this place is opendump. Needs shut down!! Horrible experience. Late at night getting into town from Indiana , tired,sore and needing rest3 girls..2 sisters and a granddaughter.. we stopped there. Very rude, place had wires with lights hanging from ceiling. Large window with no covering over it.(did have filthy broken blinds laying where they fell off) Electrical outlets hanging, curtains were almost green with filth. TV didn't work, it was old and huge. The smell was enough to make you sickwhy is place open. Will definitely get ahold of someone to do something about this.

Only came to this motel cuz I could not find anywhere else. Went by 3 places that said vacancy and was no vacancy. Miles Motel had the only vacancy so that's the only reason they get 2 stars. I opened the door and seen 3 roaches. That's only the begining I checked the room like I do in every hotel for things that should not be there! I found 3 hyperdermic needles with what looked like crystal meth or heroine in some of them. I did not sleep very well cuz the roaches. I could not even shower cuz I did not want bugs in my luggage. As a matter of fact i do not think I opened my luggage. I'm not rested nor did I relax there. I do not recommend for family's or people that don't use drugs.

Place IS a dump and needs to be shut down and then Bulldozed! The owners are horrible slumlords who never, I mean NEVER do anything but collect money from the poor individuals who have to live there, most stay at this place because of financial problems & the owners know this and use it to their advantage. I witnessed over charging of rooms especially when The Department of Economic Security was footing the bill. The rooms have bed bugs, and Cockroaches. I don’t think they ever clean the rooms. Ovoid at all costs! The Colonnade Hotel is it’s counterpart & no different in my opinion. Stay far away!!!!!!!

Horrible horrible
.dont take family there.
Roach bed bug motel.too many people oversosed ambulance at 3am.
Omg. Windermere down the street..a Lil better than here..even the park bench.

If i could give it -5stars it wouldnt be low enough. Unless you like bed bugs and pedophiles i wouldnt steer clear of the mile. Because they are crawlimg with both

After staying down the street (Broadview motel) this place was like the Hilton!
Lots of bad reviews but come on-- it's a cheap motel you get what you pay for. No bed bugs thank goodness, there's roaches but as long as you keep your room clean they don't come around much.

Carpet is dirty, hot tub isn't hot lol about my only complaints

dont even deserve stars. My family stayed I the hotel for a couple of weeks while we waited for an apartment to be available in the back. There were roaches everywhere, holes in the walls, the furniture was broken, the bed was being held up by cinder blocks, and we couldn't figure out what was biting us in that place. Well we finally got set up in an apartment at the miles and we've had a HUGE PROBLEM WITH BED BUGS!!! Now we know where all of the bites came from. This whole place is badly infested with bed bugs! And if anyone knows a thing or two about them, once they are in your belongings it is very difficult to get rid of them. You will most likely end up having to toss most of it in the garbage. So the landlord refuses to do a heat treatment in our place, to actually get rid of these things. She has a guy come spray once a week, which IS NOT HELPING THE PROBLEM, at all!!!! I've called different places trying to find out what anyone can do, and nothing can be done!!! As if the roaches were not enough, myself and my baby keep getting eaten alive by these things. We've complained numerous times about this and to no avail, they will still not heat treat our place. We can't save the money to move paying 950.00 a month plus our utilities either so we are stuck here. My recommendation-DO NOT STAY AT THE MILES!!!! Yes it is cheap and convenient, but is it really worth it??? If we new about the issues we'd have, we wouldn't have moved here in a million years. Save yourselves the trouble and stay somewhere else.

Do not come here it's worst place out of whole valley it's bug infested place there's cockroaches and bedbugs so I don't recommed this place and Mary is money hungry if u have a problem with anything she won't do nothing so don't come here.

The manager/owner Mary is amazing. She's kind, polite and way over worked. She gets 5 stars. I wasn't happy with the Maid service though, I had to clean the apartment/ suite before we could use anything. If there are any women who have housekeeping experience and don't drink on the job, please go talk to Mary, she works too hard and there's no way she can pick up this much slack. Thank you so much Mary

A dump. The fridge didn't work they wanted 25 bucks for a third pillow the place was a total dump. Seems like it would qualify for a health inspection and probably get shut down.

Decent price, sketchy neighborhood. Our room was nice, clean, and recently remodeled. My biggest issue was the smell. You know that industrial strength air freshener places use to mask other odors? (Probably cigarettes in this case?) It smelled like that. Overwhelmingly. Leaving the windows open did nothing.
