Spend the weekend here with my family and it was really great. The room was spacious and well set up. The kitchen had everything we needed from a refrigerator, stove, toaster and even plates and utensils. The beds are comfortable and pillows are cozy. The pool is inviting, clean and well kept. There's plenty to do from all the games they have set up from ping pong, bkb, etc. My kids had a blast!!! And we'll be back for sure.

Great resort. Beautiful property. Friendly & professional staff. The restaurant is one of the best in the area with great food at reasonable prices. We would definitely return if a trip to Mesa ever is repeated.

Had a week stay here. It was a decent room. The bed was surprisingly very comfortable! Nice jetted tub and the outside amenities were all covered so you didn't die from the sun. The con was they didn't give us a second set of sheets and I had to beg for new towels.

David need to put some love and money on this resort. Arizona is a breathtaking place. It could be a 5 star attraction if this resort wasn't so condemned looking. Oh I will be back but I will rent a house instead. It's a shame I was surrounded by so much culture and beauty but I could not fully enjoy and engulf the experience because of my prepaid living arrangements were disgusting. I was t OK ashamed of posting pictures because it look like a whole in the wall motel

Great location. Very nice rooms, although the reason we stayed at this resort was the jetted tub and ours was broken. Maintenance came out quickly to look at but were unable to fix it due to lack of parts. Also the fan on the patio did not work. We should have been offered a different room. Would definitely stay again as long as everything worked in the room.

There is no pool. 110-degrees outside and there is no pool. They offered no pool alternatives. Local pool options include the congested public city pool or expensive water parks. There was no compensation for not having a pool eitherwhich was disappointing. Also, there was mascara on the pillow cases, indicative of bad housekeeping.

Otherwise, this place has potential to be pleasant with some major changes. I'd suggest looking at the other resorts in the area.

Don't stay at this disgusting resort. Bedbugs bedbugs bedbugs and I found them in not one but two rooms. This is by far the most depressing place on earth. They also confirmed they found an item we left and played games about returning it. On arrival, we had to wash the disgusting bedsheets and dust the entire room and kitchen. Everything is outdated and the BBQ's around the facility don't work. Don't stay at this place. Bedbugs!!!!

I forgot to mention that their pool looked like someone took a jack hammer to it and the fitness center hasn't been updated since the 1990's. Disgusting!! Our 7 day stay was shortened to two.

Westgate Painted mountain golf resort is a beautiful, clean, up to date, relaxing place to spend a night, a week or a couple weeks to relax at. It has all the comforts of home, along with a clean pool, 2 not tubs, volleyball, basketball and a country club with a great golf course! And easy access to many restaurants, movie theater, a mall & grocery store. I highly recommend this place!

We reserved a room for one night, there was a slight problem getting into the room we had assigned but the person at the desk fixed it super quickly and was very nice about it. The staff was really nice and helpful both checking in and out. The room had an amazing bed, super comfortable pillows of varying types and fluffiness. The bathroom was huge and the shower was great!

Very resort. It is very well kept. Maintenance came quickly when we needed the water heater turned on. The food at the golf course was very good. We had a great time.

Unfortunately this course is not very well taken care of. The grass is dead or almost dead on most of the fairways. The greens are not well maintained and dry patchy. Even the cart paths are mostly dirt roads. There is only one washroom on the course and worse, the 9th whole "hut" only takes cash as does the cart girl and there is no way to get back to the pro shop for cash. I haven't played a course without a wireless debit or credit in years. Also, the water stations weren't filled at the beginning of the day.

But the staff were friendly so that's a plus, and it is quite a fast course.

Overall it's a cheaper course to play, but you're definitely getting what you paid for. If you are going to play here, make sure to bring cash, lots of water, and be prepared for the course to look nothing like the photos on the website

The front desk service on check in is great. Very professional and courteous. The rest of our stay has been aggressively reasonable. Nothing spectacular, nothing outstanding, but noting wrong. The furniture and appliances are a little older and some are even turning color, but the beds are great. The TV is smaller than any I've seen in decades, and the pool is small, but they wash your linens for you and you can set your A/C temp to whatever you'd like with no extra charge. Imagine a mid-range apartment complex, then add the amenities of a nicer hotel. That's what you'll get here. If that's enough for you then go for it. I'm certainly having a good time. But if you expect more out of your investment, I'm afraid to say you'll have to invest somewhere else.
