Really nice atmosphere, and their coffee is definitely a step up from Starbucks. Been there a few times and most of the staff already knows my drink by heart! I recommend any of the blended drinks, and especially recommend the espresso!

Me and my girl were here getting teas for the end of the night. We came here thinking that they knew what they were doing with their drink making..HOW THE HELL DOES A ICE TEA TURN A LATTE. All I asked for was sweet iced pomogrant blueberry tea. Than the ppl want to argue with my girl about a drink mess up and then How many different types of sugar can you have

The people were extremely nice. I had a coupon that wasen't loading on my phone so they gave it to me anyways. I ordered a small and they gave me a large. Super nice chill people working there.

My issue with Coffee Bean is that I have to drive about 30 minutes for the nearest location. Some locations close at 8 pm I don't understand that. However, service is always great and my coffee makes it worth the drive. The rewards thing is starting to be a headache too, they do, they don't, they will, they no longer do make up your mind!!

Another chain more involved with selling their brand instead of great shots.
Great Mochas don't come from a bag, a chilled carton or a warehouse facilitythey come from great shots, quality chocolate sauce and baristas who know the difference.
Won't go back. They don't even rinse out the shot glasses between shots.response / report this review
