Highly recommend this company for your new roof. Affordable and quick. They did a great job! The staff was a pleasure to work with and they were always very responsive with any questions I had going into this.

The crew was great and worked as a team. The arrived precisely on time each day and each day when they left, all of the debris was gone. When the job was finished, they again cleared all of the debris and swept the yard magnetically to remove stray nails. The roof looks great and I highly recommend this team to install a GAF roof with its 50 year warranty and guarantee.

Service was fantastic. Madeline worked closely with me to design what I needed. She followed up promptly. Met schedule as promised. Don and team did a great job on installation. I could not be more pleased. Would recommend without hesitation. Great job!

Fantastic experience with Excel for a flashing correction and leak fix that another roof company left me with. Tim was knowledgeable and professional getting out my quote and coordinating the work. The repair crew that came , led by Froilan, was awesome. They showed me every step of the way what had been done to remediate the problem, as well as the before work and explained why it wasn’t correct. I would highly recommend them and will be using them in the future when the time comes to get a new roof. A+

Excel roofing installed a very complex fortified roof at our beach cottage. This application had to be done with the utmost care, and under the supervision of a licensed evaluator. After interviewing other roofing companies, it was apparent they were not willing or competent to undertake this installation.
Excel offered the most competent and professional presentation and installation. We could not be more pleased with this company, particularly in our dealing with Madeline and Yani. You cannot go wrong with this company. Five stars across the board.response / report this review -

I highly recommend Excel Roofing. We got 3 estimates, decided on one, but they were no call no show on the start date. We decided to call Excel for an estimate. We did a side by side comparison of all our estimates & went with Excel. They were great from start to finish.. reliable, happy to answer questions, friendly & did an awesome job for a reasonable price!

A big thumbs up to Excel Roofing! they were very reasonably priced and Christine was a joy to work with, she answered any questions I had which made my decision easy, very professional ! The crew showed up and went right to work without a lot breaks and had the old roof torn off and some bad wood replaced and the new roof on and completed the job that afternoon, they had tarps out to keep things clean and protected, it looks great! They even came out today and put a deverter over the front steps! Thank you Excel !

I couldn't be happier with my experience with Excel Roofing! Christine was AMAZING to work with. Their estimate was detailed and accurate. They came in on budget and were very competitive. The stayed on schedule the entire time. The workers were very hard working and organized. They kept the yard neat and were respectful at all of our interactions. Excel met all our expectations. Good and timely bid process. Work took less than three days for a new roof. Crew was quick and courteous. Many roofers whose bids we sought were very slow in getting back to us, but not Excel. Still waiting for 2 of my 4 bidders three months later. Only one minor shingle not quite on right, and it was fixed the same day. A good company.

After Hurricane Matthew last October, Sady was the only roofer to return my calls and show up promptly to give an estimate to repairs leaks on a flat residential roof. Moreover, his crew showed up a week earlier than promised, did great work, including thorough clean up and at the estimated price. I highly recommend Excel Roofing for their skills and professionalism.

Sady took care of me. He is a responsible person and a good manager. He installed a shingle roof in my house (Jacksonville, NC) about 2 years ago and I am very happy with the quality and price he gave me. After 2 years, not a single problem. He gave me an estimate quickly, set an install date, the crew came (he was there supervising most of the time) and they cleaned up and left in about 2 days. Good job! Would recommend because of his integrity. God Bless!

You will not find a better roofing company! While we went with Excell for the competitive price quote, and timeline for work to be completed, those reasons should not be the only reasons you use this company, their crew is fantastic! The workers are not only polite, hard working and professional, but also cheery, friendly, and seem to enjoy working together (which says a lot about a company). Our yard was clean when they left, and they consulted us whenever there was something to be addressed.
In contrast our neighbors across the street were having their roof done at the same time by another company, and that company's crew made me feel uncomfortable being in my yard, and have taken twice as long on the roof of a house of similar size.

Excel Roofing delivered on all promises to install a quality roof with a great guarantee from GAF. I am 100% satisfied and have recommended them to several of my neighbors (one of which has used them to install a new roof). Their customer service is outstanding. Ask for Kirk for your proposal. Excel Roofing provided excellent service. Sady's team are very professional and courteous. Clean up each day was thorough, which is important to me as I have several dogs. And they re-hung my gutters better than the original installer. Thank you.
