Neat environment. Had lots of fun. The waitress staff need a little better organization. That should get better over time.

Wow!!!My husband's Christmas party was held there and we had an AMAZING time. The service, atmosphere, and food were impeccable. There was at least 100 people there and my water glass was never empty :).
I haven't had service this good since I was on a cruise. I look forward to going back real soon. Highly recommend.

Just had birthday dinner at the arrogant butcher. Best dinner we've had in a long time. Food was excel lent. Service was awesome . Lolita was our server and made our dinner very special, made great recommendations and very helpful even offered parking validation which we forgot our ticket and she gave us slip to validate. Service all around was fantastic, price extremely reasonable and portions very generous. Looking forward to going back!

Here for a corporate function, and had a room to ourselves. Good service, iced water constantly refreshed. Interesting appetizers, tasty and well presented. Main courses were from a set menu, and quite varied. Not your typical burgers and steaks. Included a Jambalaya and crab-stuffed chicken. Some very tasty deserts. Good American food, large portions. Nice central downtown venue.

We arrived with 15 more guests than our reservation was made for and the staff was more than happy to seat us all! There was no panic or resentment from any of the staff members. Each of the hostesses, servers, and food runners was extremely friendly. On top of it all, the food and drinks were phenomenal. I highly recommend ordering a Texas Fix!

One of my favorite places to stop by after a Suns game since it's just across the street. It's a good place to go if you don't feel like fighting the traffic after the game.
It's hard to go wrong with the Butcher's Platter since it's great charcuterie and cheeses. I get it every time. I also enjoy getting the oysters, king crab legs, and giant white shrimp, but the last 3 out of 5 times I've gotten the king crab, they've been over-salted to the point that it covered the natural sweetness of the meat. I'm guessing they over-salted the water they were boiled in.

Had lunch there which was pretty decent. My co-worker and I got our leftovers boxed up and after signing the check left them on the table by accident and walked out. I realized and walked back in and they had thrown them out. I was like it hasn't even been 5 mins and the hostess says "sorry it's a health code violation, so we usually throw them out." I am more disappointed that the waitress didn't come out after us to let us know or at least wait a little bit to see if we would have come back. I've seen at other establishments wait staff will at least walk out to the sidewalk to look for patrons. I think the customer service could have been much better.

Sam Fox failed with this one. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Great food and atmosphere! The perfect place to stop before or after a game. They have a large variety of options to suit any appetite and their employees were nice and attentive. They also have a full bar with plenty of seating for you and your friends. They only negative we had was that most of our meals were on the salty side. One meal was double salted, probably by accident, and the bacon on my burger tasted like it was dipped into a salt bath. Some people like their meals on the salty side, so take this with a grain of salt (pun intended). Otherwise this is a great place to grab a bite to eat! I'd recommend giving them a try!

Great location (downtown, across from stadium)! The inside of The Arrogant Butcher gas great decor. The service was awesome the night we went. Our meals were fantastic. I ordered the scallops over a corn puree and snap peas and it was definitely one of the better tasting scallop meals I've had in a long time! Overall, great experience.

Tried this place for the first time with my little sister who raved about it and I was very pleased with the experience. All of the waiters were incredibly nice and very humble. They made you feel like home. I will definitely be returning.

I had dinner at The Arrogant Butcher while in Phoenix on business. I sat at a small counter that faced into the busy kitchen since I was traveling by myself. I highly recommend this! It was so fun and interesting to watch the kitchen staff work and keep up with the crazy pace of a Friday night. I had the scallops, which were well cooked, and came with bacon wrapped pieces of sweet potato. Very delicious and everything was well-seasoned. The service was also great. Highly recommend!

All of the food was amazing. We got the Butchers Block, both of the steak options they offer, followed by the salted Carmel pudding. Everything was cooked to perfection and melted in your mouth. The service was awesome, and atmosphere was inviting. We will definitely be going back.

This is a great restaurant. The ambience is busy yet casual. Staff is very helpful and friendly. I was very impressed with out waiters knowledge of the menu, including drinks, pairings and desserts.

    Great place for a date.

Not a fan of this place. Last night we were looking for a good place to have a family dinner. Everything was fine until we ordered drinks and food. Only 3 alcoholic drinks were ordered and that took them 20 minutes to bring out to us. Then we had asked for a second high chair and it seemed like they built that high chair from scratch because it only took them another 20 minutes to bring us one and that's only because I had requested a high chair again. Our server was very nice but he mostly had other people bring our things out. He pretty much only took our meals down. Lastly, our food took close to 1 hr to come out!!! This place is way over price for the food that they serve. You don't get what you pay for!
