I was scheduled for an appointment for 3:45pm. I arrived at 3:56pm because I got lost due to lack of signage and clear directions. I suggest that you do something about this. The nasty front desk girl told me that I had to wait til 5 to be seen which was understandable. During the wait, three other patients arrived late and stated that the building was hard to find, also.

The two young ladies sitting behind the counter were chatting about how much they drank last weekend, who makes the stronger drink, and different types of tequila. As an individual in recovery from drugs and alcohol, hearing this type of conversation (especially in a doctor's office from such young staff) is extremely triggering and inappropriate.

They we're also on their phones, eating stinky chips, playing music, and cursing. I honestly felt like I was in the twilight zone.

The x-ray tech was very friendly and helpful, however.

The doctor was informative and pleasant.

There is no professionalism in regards to the front desk staff at this office and I won't ever recommend this facility.

Dr. Hess at the Core Institute Mesa Arizona Dobson Road Met with My Wife Marilyn she experienced continue pain in her left hip due to previous hip replacement. For several years she had continued pain all kinds of testing. When she met Dr. Hess July-2017 he suggested a MIRS test. Diagnosed the reason other Dr. we’re testing for back pain. My wife walked with constant pain in her hip. Dr. Hess knew exactly what causing the constant pain. Gave an injection pain gone she back to normal, playing golf again. Dr Hess shows he cares for his patents he an excellent listener with the patient. Thanks Dr. Hess for your help with my wife. Jack

I just had ACDF cervical spine surgery with Dr. Uwanuhgo & Jeff Bauer (P.A) on Oct 11th. They did a great job! Always there to help & answer all my questions.
Dr Gregory Zakas is the best! I love this place everyone is so nice. I am so glad that I found them.

Can do without the lengthy commercial while waiting to make an appointment. People like myself who are allowed so many minutes a month on their cell phone plan are wasting minutes listening to this commercial.

Dr Zakas was kind, patient & helpful. Dr U & Jeff (PA) were not. It takes weeks or months just to get an appointment. I waited an hour for appointments that lasted less than 10 minutes. They did not address my main concerns. Did not give me information on how to follow up my treatment. The PA refused to write a work note. My referral was never put through. The medical assistant staff are rude, impatient, unorganized & borderline unprofessional.
I'm searching for a new specialist. I'd never recommend this place.

I saw Dr Ughwanogho for a free consultation regarding a back issue I have. He was perfect in explaining everything and addressing my concerns. He was very caring and understanding. In the end it was determined that surgery is not an option for me and he would advise against it. This review is 4 stars for 2 reasons. First because it's based on my consultation and I could not evaluate further due to not needing surgery. Secondly there's long wait times 30 minutes or less. The staff is professional and courteous.

Professional kind and caring. The physical therapist really do care about their patients. They pay attention to your needs and do what's best for you to recover. was an amazingly good experience.

I LOVE Dr. De Comas! Thanks to her I can walk without a cane (I'm 29 with a rod in my femur due to a large bone tumor) she cares about you and learns your name you're more than anumber with her. She changed my life

When the Core Institute was down in green valley the staff were professional and very nice.
Dr. Hess is very friendly and explained everything to me before my knee surgery.
I was given direct phone numbers to the front office and his MA.

I'm just disappointed they closed that office.😕

Never have problem with doctors, But stuff is somewhat disorganized and bit rude sometimes. Their seem to get impatent with me, because of speech impediment.

The desk staff were very disorganized and rude, I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for professional service. The foot specialist was helpful and I would see him again, although the rest of the staff were subpar.
