  Friendly, quick to fix a bike they don't even nornally service. Extremely reasonable with repair cost. Highly recommended!

  Me and my friend went in to the Bike Route to get a few simple parts put on a bmx bike. After they had the bike and all of the parts, to pass time me and my friend were walking around to check out the other bikes and as we were doing that the lady from the front desk was following us around making unnecessary adjustments to act like she wasn't watching us as if we were going to steal something, and this went on for about 25 minutes until i decided to take my bike back and leave the store. With the parts that were to be put on it they said it would take 3 days to complete something that wouldn't take more than 10 minutes.

  We visited 3 bicycle shops in the Naples area looking to buy 2 new bicycles.
  We were amazed at how poor the first 2 were. One.was more like a small, dingy rental shop with used , dirty bikes for sale. The other, a fairly new shop, was spacious, but not very well stocked. Seemed like they only liked to stock specific types of bicycles, but not much variety.
  We were going to call it a day, but decided to check out The BIke Route on the way bsck home. WOW.WHAT A DIFFERENCE! CLEAN, UNBELIEVABLE SHOWROOM FULL OF STOCKwith every possible item well labeled and well stocked. AND RACKS OF BICYCLES.ALL SIZES and ALL OF THE BRANDS that they carryIN STOCK! 3 TIERS HIGH!
  The Service Department..was SPOTLESS. GREAT , HELPFUL STAFF as well.
  
  We bought the bikes from them! And we went back to purchase a double bike rack from them a few days later..that they also had a great selection of. This is a REALLY GREAT bicycle shop. Don't waste your time going anywhere else. You will be disappointed.

  We rented bikes on a recent visit and compared the various options in Naples. Really glad we found The Bike Route! Wow! More than reasonably priced and great service. They took time to set up each individual bike and provide helmets, baskets and locks for each one before we took off. Very friendly service. Nice well-stocked bike shop. A bonus - there are a couple of great food places within a couple of blocks if you need to schedule that into/before or after your ride. The only thing that might be an issue is it seems like they have a smallish stock of rental bikes and it's first come first serve so maybe call ahead to see if there any available?
