Walked in at 5pm having all of my title paper work ready. Not one person in line or waiting. Greeter did well. Lisa was working with me getting the title, tag. She was short with her responses, not friendly. Failed to tell me what she was charging my credit card for. Also first time around charging credit card she entered the wrong amount, then voided the transaction which then locked up my bank account for over 400$. Other employee's were asking out loud when will she be done with her customer (me) at 5:15p. They close at 6pm. Her over all attitude changed after she incorrectly charged my credit card. I will not go back to green tree for tax, title or tag work again.
