  Took almost 45 to get the food. Veryyyyyy long wait. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU PLAN ON EATING WITHIN THE FIRST HALF HOUR

  Went there on Sunday. Great atmosphere, friendly helpful staff.
  Karaoke 3 - 7pm was great fun, some surprisingly good singers.
  Food good.

  The service was not good. My wife asked our server for water. A half hour later asked for water from someone else. 15 minutes after that my wife asked our server for water and our server looked puzzled and said did you ask for that earlier?. Besides that my Brat was burnt and my Wife's shrimp tasted like it was fried in old oil.

  Waitress was extremely rude. Shortly after sitting down and placing a drink order she made a huge scene about our son touching one of the sugar packets. She then proceded to walk to the bar and loudly exlaim the "some parents dont know how to control their children." Really? We have never been treated that way and wont stand for it. We left and had dinner at brooks burgers down 41 and had not only a great experience there but great food as well.

  This was a nice fInd. tiki hit beside a pool, seems like a mixed crowd of tourists and locals. Good feel, good food!

  Me and my husband had a great day at harold's on our anniversary unfortunately we came back the 2nd day and it's not worth it. Waited to get more drinks bur our server just busy talking with co-workers so I walked to the bar and order our drinks,end up taking out our food and just ate at our room due to a lil bad service and we asked for no cheddar on the fish tacos but they still put cheddar cheese on it..

  Food sounds and looks great. I just called to place an order for takeout and the lady was extremely rude. I was simply asking if the chicken sandwich comes with fries and all hell broke loose. By the ways it's a la carte. Totally unprofessional and unwelcoming. That sucks.

  Great atmosphere! Sitting under the tiki hut while poolside is like being on vacation. Fantastic wait staff and food is cooked to perfection, moderately priced also

  Having a great time just me and my hubby. Listening to karaoke and watching people dance. A fun place to go for a night out.
  They don't push you but are right there when your ready to order food if you want to eat. Its our first time here and our server Sherry is amazing. I would and will ask for her again. Sit at her table and you won't be dissapointrled.
  Good food, fun music, and great people!!!!
