Food, Service was Excellent. I'm a big fan of Sushi and Thai food. I had them do Tom Kar Kai soup over a Bowl of Rice Noodles w mixed Veggies as my dinner and it was VERY tasty. I also took home some Chicken Curry w mixed Veggies.

We placed a takeout order and it was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Our order was incorrect and they refused to make it right. The manager wanted us to give back our sushi that we had eaten a piece of. They also wanted us to bring it all the way back to them, however we work on Bonita Beach Rd and that is a long drive to return an incorrect order and not be compensated in any way. On top of that, the manager wanted to charge us in order the receive the correct rolls. She did not offer to discount our order, refund, or give us some type of credit in any way. The only option she gave us was that she would refund the $0.99 for the spicy mayo sauce that they also failed to include in our order. We will definitely never be ordering from here or dining in again. This was the worst experience I have ever had in the restaurant business. We were not just dealing with a staff member but a horrible manager; the restaurant should be embarrassed to have a manager such as her representing their company. I do not recommend Fuji because of their horrifying customer service.

I've heard good things about Fuji but never took the time to stop byuntil today! Service was great, food was great! The food came out in a timely manner, our server was friendly and attentive.did I mention the food was GREAT!! I definitely will be going backalthough they offer delivery via Naples Express meals so maybe I will be ordering in.
