Getting tired of the service. Used to get delivered by 6 am and could read paper while eating breakfast. Now we get it between 9 and 11 am. I don't want to read the paper in the middle of my busy day. Not that great of a paper anyway..

Terrible customer service. They don't answer their phones. If you are able to get an answer, it's never a real person. They don't give you what they promise when you renew your subscription. And my carrier doesn't come till almost 10:00 (but I can't call to complain about it because THEY DON'T ANSWER THEIR PHONES).
