We booked a double bed studio with a pullout bed and when we got to the location they said the room we booked was not available. When I called the location to book the phone was transferred to the national reservation center. I told them I was checking in that night it was 1am at the time and checking out in the am. When we got to the hotel the lady at the desk said it was booked for Sunday. It was technically Sunday when we got there but she said they still consider it Saturday. Anyway we ended up with a king bed and a pullout. Well let me just say if we were nice we might have fit in this room. We had two young children and one teenager and us and we had to step on the pullout to get to the door or bathroom. The pullout had no sheets and the ones in the closet were stained. Good thing we brought our own. Never again will we stay here!

Great location inside a mall area. Didn't have to leave the hotel to get food. Great service. Rooms were clean and well suited to my needs. No issues whatsoever. Will stay here if need be. Recommended to others. 9.5/10.

The rooms were clean and nice. The pool was acceptable, but we were not sure where the advertised hot tub was. Breakfast in the morning is pretty basic, just the standard bacon, eggs, and self serve waffles. There is also free lemon water, which is nice to come to after a long trip.

I've traveled with large groups both domestically and internationally and found my experience with the team of SpringHill Suites in Monroeville to be the most professional and efficient as it relates to communication and check in/check out process. The rooms and hotel grounds clean and well taken care of. The team was responsive and hospitable. I would not hesitate to bring my team back to this location. Far exceeded my expectations.

Rooms were lovely. Service was impeccable. Corey at the breakfast bar, is an absolute delight. You must make it a point to come stay here, if only to meet her.

SUCH a disappointment. Just checked in for a 3 night stay, and looking to find a different hotel starting tomorrow. bedding/furniture visibly stained and dirty. Rooms had horrible smell. This is a very old, run down, dirty Springhill Suites. We usually like this brand of hotel but this is definitely the worst one I have ever seen. Friendly staff, but does not make up for feeling dirty on bed/couch/carpet. Will not stay again. 3 star rating is simply not true. Bummed. ☹️

Very clean hotel! Beds super comfy and decent size. We usually stay in a timeshare because of size but we were staying a shorter period of time so we tried a hotel and were pleasantly surprised. They have a breakfast also. It is very clean and well kept up. They constantly restocked to make sure you could always eat what was offered. They had fresh eggs, fresh fruit.

Spectacular place, the room and facilities are wonderful - but honestly, the staff are what make it a 5 star rating. Every person we came in contact with was pleasant and helpful. Definitely recommend them to anyone.

We swim with The British Swim School. They pay the hotel to use their pool for a few hours each week. The hotel is always clean and nicely decorated. There are fresh beverages and snacks in the foyer for guests. Pool is kept warm (84 degrees) and clean.

Very easy access to the facility which was quiet for it's close proximity to the turnpike. The staff was very pleasant and welcoming, offering assistance as needed. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The beds are fabulous, so comfy! Very satisfying experience.

Not too far off the freeway. About 15-20 minutes west of Pittsburgh. Not much around the hotel, but the place is fine enough. Our room was spacious and everything was in good condition. The bed and pillows were fine, but I didn't love the air unit was about a foot from the bed so sleeping at a comfortable temperature wasn't really great. The best thing this hotel had going for it was the staffing was really friendly and so attentive. Good breakfast. Overall good experience.

Rooms seem nice, but you can hear everything in the hallway and there was this weird light on all night that the curtains couldn't keep out. Pool is decent, no hot tub. Not terrible, but I don't think I will be staying here again.
