  This is the best animal hospital I have ever used. The staff and doctors are wonderful and took such great care of my new kitten. The fees are very responsible and THIS IS THE CLEANEST VET OFFICE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. I will definitely be using them and highly recommend them.

  My wife went here about boarding and the lady she spoke with was very unprofessional and was very rude. The kennels were very dreary and there was no one there for 12 hours at night. Would never use this place for anything.

  I switched to Roxbury Animal Hospital as I was moving my two dogs back to the UK and needed a vet that was USDA accredited which Dr Elia is. Had I known how amazing she is, I would have switched years ago! For my first visit I went armed with all the necessary paperwork needed for my dogs to travel but Dr Elia beat me to it and already had everything ready to go. Along the way we had some trouble with the paperwork but this was due firstly to the USDA website and then when I arrived at Heathrow they needed one extra piece of paper. But these issues were all out of Dr Elia's control. Fortunately, she had given me her private number and I called her at 6am on the morning of my arrival in London for help with Heathrow's requirements. Despite over 10 inches of snow, she managed to get to the surgery to complete the paperwork and email it back to London. My dogs are now happily settled in the UK. I only wish I could find a vet as compassionate, professional and efficient as Dr Elia. PS. The staff are friendly and happy too (a sure sign of a great working environment).

  Always have a great experience here. The vegetarian is always so nice and my dog seems to like her as well. They know how to work with my dog and cutting his nails and since he hates getting that done its comforting to know they are patient with him!

  Dr. Elia is one of the most compassionate veterinarians I have met ! She is extremely passionate about her patients. I have been going to Dr. Elia for about a year now she has taken amazing care of my two dogs and cat! I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a compassionate reasonable veterinarian for their beloved pets !

  I just recently switched to The Animal Hospital of Roxbury because my other vet was becoming too expensive. The care that my dog got from Dr Elia made me feel so comfortable and confident. Wesley (my dog) also spent a night at their Doggie Hotel. Boarding can be a stressful time for you and your pet, but again Dr Elia and her staff eased all my concerns and my pup had a great time. All in all a great experience and I'm very glad I made the switch.
