I am in love with everyone at this clinic. The nurses, receptionists, doctors. When they came into the room, they immediately sat on the floor with my dog. They played. They rubbed. The praised. Welcomed her with a pretty bandana. Gave her treats while vaccinating her. Every question or concern I had was listened to and addressed immediately with compassion and patience. I can't say enough about this clinic.

My boyfriend and his family has always taken their animals there and they always said nice thing about them. However I just had my first experience there and it's was better than anywhere in have been! We sadly had to put my cat down and they gave us a paw print with a piece of his hair which ment so much to the both of us. They go above and beyond! If it's either getting a new animal or one has past they make sure you feel special and part of their family. Would recommend them to everyone and I will always bring my animals to them! Best place ever!

After I brought home our new cockapoo puppy (that we named) "Prince", I noticed he wasn't feeling well. I looked up the symptoms and seemed that he had Kennel Cough". Great. I planned to take him to a Vet in a short time; but now needed to get him in right away. Even though we were new to Pocono Peak I was able to get him in the next day. Everyone was very nice. Prince did have a shot previously to purchase so he had a mild case. It's been two weeks and the given meds worked! My hubby and I were elated when we received from them a thoughtful card with numerous kind messages from their staff.

What I love most about the PEAK practice is the obvious care you all display for Bill and I and for our beloved(corny, I know) pets. Each one has meant so much to us and you all recognize that and treat us accordingly. I wish my doc's staff liked people as much as you all like animals.

Highly recommended! Staff very knowledgable, caring and friendly. Dog ate mouse poison, upon arrive staff was ready and waiting for us to treat the dog immediately. Saved our dog from a potential life threatening incident, we were on our way in less than an hour and fees were very reasonable.
