Michael (Service Dept.) was very professional and courteous. The facility was neat and clean - I felt safe sitting at his desk. He got me a fantastic loaner that enabled me to get back to my work day. And later that morning, I got a debrief call on the state of the car and when it would be ready for pick up - he also referenced a auto body shop that could handle an unrelated repair - showing terrific thoughtfulness. Thank you.

Always will service my Q50 RS at Flemington as opposed to other dealers, (there is one down the road from where I live but I choose to drive the half hour away to Flemington instead) They have better service prices compared to others, are always honest, and have done work on my Q in the past with no problem, where as other dealers have given me a hard time. They are a pleasure to do business with, Paul is a great advisor! Highly recommended!

Was in the market for a Q50 RED. Checked out a Ramsey dealership near by, but did not like what they had to offer. After expanding my search radius, I stumbled upon Flemington INFINITI . Headed straight to the dealership without realizing it was almost a 2hr drive from my house. Met up with George and went for a test drive. The vehicle was all set and ready out front. George was very pleasant to deal with. There was no pressure to make a deal the same day. Picked up the vehicle a few days later. George even went out of his way to markup the manuals on some items I might want to review about the vehicle in my spare time. This was great buying experience.

Patti, was very pleasant over the phone on our initial talk and after setting up the test drive.

My only regret is I can't use this dealership to service my vehicle. 2 hours driving just for an oil change might be a little over the top oh well.

I took the advice of a friend and began having my Infiniti Q50 serviced at Flemington Infiniti. It's been my service go-to ever since. They exhibit a customer-first attitude across the organization from the appointment to the pick-up. Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, fully transparent and fairly priced. I always know what to expect and why. Can't ask for anything more than that from a service provider. Edward Shoemaker and Paul Hickman have been consistently addressed my service needs in outstanding fashion. They are a 5-star RECOMMEND!

I have had experiences with multiple dealerships in my area, most of them having been negative. Infiniti of Willow Grove sold me a wheel and tire package that I "absolutely needed" but then failed to recognize that I had even bought the package on multiple occasions when I called back. Infiniti of Ardmore serviced my girlfriend's car and backed it into another car before returning it and not saying anything. Mind you, I am not the type of person to bring the car back to the dealership complaining about a scratch. The bumper was literally caved in, whereas it was not when we brought it there. When I bring my car to Madeline Brackeen at Flemington Infiniti I know that I do not have to deal with any of that. I bring the car there, everything I want done gets done quickly and efficiently, and I get it back in perfect condition having paid less than I anticipated. In the meantime I get to drive a pristine rental car. I cannot speak more highly of the service staff at this dealership. I literally drive an hour and a half just to get my car serviced there. Keep up the good work!

I had a fantastic buying experience this past weekend. I was looking for a specific 2017 Q50 and submitted a request online. Ryan Orsi, the internet adviser, immediately responded with some basic info and asked all the right questions. I responded with the specifics and deal I was looking for and like magic he made it happen. I actually couldn't believe how simple it was that I was a bit skeptical when I arrived at the dealership to do all the paperwork and pick up the vehicle. Perhaps another yes until you get there? NO, the deal was exactly what I was looking for and we got the exact vehicle we wanted. Spent no time negotiating at the showroom, no back and forth with the manager to see what they can do. Great experience and I will definitely be back for my next vehicle.

My wife and I are enjoying our 5th Infiniti from Flemington Infiniti after a quick, fun, and flawless purchasing and delivery experience, attended to with care and professionalism by Rob, Steve, and David. This great team made sure we acquired a new QX50 with more bells and whistles than our current one, and - to top it all off - saving $$$ at the same time! Had a great car buying experience here, would suggest to any family and friends that are looking to purchase an Infiniti. The sales man Ryan was extremely helpful, the Internet Rep Patti was very pleasant to deal with, very quick, and super efficient, and finally the GM Steve was so professional and kind really made the whole deal so easy. Out of all the store I dealt with, they were by far the best all around!

I had a great experience buying a car from Flemington Infinity. From the minute I walked in I was greeted and everyone was extremely helpful they were not like a bunch of sharks circling their prey like I have experienced at other dealerships.
My sales woman Dawn Taylor could not have been better, she was knowledgeable and went out of her way to get me the exact car I wanted. She even worked on her day off so I could take delivery sooner.
Buying a car here was a very painless experience, I would highly recommend buying a car here.
