I have been here on several occasions.. The entire staff, from the second you walk in , are AMAZING, SUPER FRIENDLY AND THEIR LOVE FOR ANIMALS DEFINITELY SHOWS. AS an emergency place, the convenience of 24/7 I think the cost is, fairly reasonable! My thought process is , if you make the decision to own any animal it is our responsibility as a owner to provide the love and care that an animal requires, REGARDLESS! The place is beautiful and I always feel at ease from the moment I step inside Crown Veterinary !

It would have been a five if it were just Dr Cheng, she is worth the money and time. She is reasonably priced but would be worth even more $, if you are going holistic She is who you want. She is bright and a wealth of knowledge, witty and pleasant and works with your budget.
Dr Hamilton a bit of an egotistical the if. He truly believes he's worth the $210 for 15 minutes of his time. Which, I started the conversation with I do not want chemobut he continued on trying to perused me. I'm a biochemist and understand the mechanism, it was not going to help give my baby a better chance of survival, none the less a better wuality..
Way too much about the $$$$
Clean, smart Drs. And many options in vet medicine, but hold onto your purse strings, they will do everything to cut them.

Friendly staff, wonderful vet tech and attentive vet! My young male cat kept making unsuccessful trips to the litterbox. Nervous it was a blockage or cystitis, I brought him in. We were seen almost immediately by the triage vet tech, who was loveable and efficient with our cat. There was some wait for the vet to come in, but we were able to stay in our own private waiting room. When Dr. Kevin came in, he was great. Knowledgeable, honest, and answered all the questions we had. Walked us through a few next steps and parted ways. There was a bit of a wait between seeing him and checking out/getting the medicine, but he wore a full, very detailed summary of the visit that included information on cystitis, the medicine, common factors, tips, etc. Everything was personalized, which I'm sure too some time. He also had other patients to see after us, so I'm sure he waited to write the document after seeing them, which I cannot be mad at; our diagnosis wasn't life threatening at this point. Pricing wasn't terrible either. For the emergency vet visit/care and two medicines, each for 7 days each, it was under 200.

Crown Veterinary Specialists saved our dog Bella. We brought her in with a severe back injury and she could not walk. Dr. Ross performed surgery and with the help of the dedicated staff there and the professionals of the Animal Rehab, Bella is now walking again! You can see her story on the Crown Veterinary Specialists Facebook page. The folks at Crown are angels on Earth for the exquisite care they continue to provide our Bella. Medically my dog was ok but the organization, communication and consideration with both me and my dog were horrible. Long wait times even with an appointment and empty lobby. They told me the surgery would be the next day and they would call me before the surgery. They never called me and it turns out the surgery was the following day. That made my scared pet stay there an extra day. The didnt diagnos her lymes disease even though she had all of the symptoms and the aftercare instructions were very general and left me guessing. Different people told me different things about the proccess. I was very confused about the process. When i tried to explain this to reception they were rude and told me theres nothing they can do. Overall the staff is very inconsiderate and the communcation is horrible. I had no choice but to bring my dog because there is no other surgeon around but would never choose to come here

Everyone here is great. I work in a veterinary hospital and when my hospital couldn't help my dog due to lack of resources, crown was there to help him! The people who reviewed negatively do not understand that although their dog did not make it, the technicians and doctors at crown did not just let it happen; they are all so helpful and caring. My dog's diagnosis was not a positive one either, but I still appreciate that they did everything they could to help him!! Donna and Dr. Ross were so helpful with my dog's situation, thank you so much. I will be coming back in the future, for sure.

Grace my 11 1/2 year old Golden Retriever was first seen at Crown for a consult for treatment of breast cancer. From my first phone call to Grace's last chemo treatment my experience was wonderful. All of the staff was very attentive to Grace's special needs (Grace is a pup mill rescue and is very shy). Dr. Hoffman is her oncologist and he spent the time to answer all of my questions and made sure all of Grace's needs where being taken care of. At her last chemo therapy visit Dr. Hoffman brought Grace out with a party hat on her head, beads around her neck and a goody bag. As I would wait for Grace to have her treatment I saw many emergency cases come in for treatment. The staff was amazing with these cases and I was very impressed with the care and concern they all gave the owner and their pet. I would recommend Crown Veterinary Specialist to my friends.
