Im glad i went about 1/5 of the time. Use to not be as dingy and sad. If they have a band lineup for the night you might enjoy it but most of the time there is someone on a power trip their to ruin it for ya

Local. Quiet by day. Comfortably busy at night. Live music. Outdoor seating.

Not only the best bar in Johnson City TN, but it's one of the best bars on the planet. I've been a touring musician for most of my life. So, I've seen my fair share of bars, but I've never came across a place like The Acoustic Coffeehouse. The staff is amazing, the beer selection is vast and diverse, coffee is full flavored, specialty coffee drinks(latte, etc) are an amazing value for the premium product, and the food is solid as well. They have daily drink and food specials that really exceed expectations. Again, I can't stress enough how important staff that make you feel welcome is, that's where the Acoustic Coffeehouse sets itself apart from all competition. They make you feel like family not just another customer. Would recommend to anyway in the area.

Eclectic and quirky. Come for a really laid back experience. Quick treats and affordable brews. A “Cheers” with music and local brews. Adjacent laundry is cheap.

Its not a bad bar .. The glass blowing guy is kinda weird and has a fried memory bank good beer .. Not cold enough. .. Crowd has faded away .. The riff raff took it over for s while .. Customers with jobs kinda left .. Plus the area has more business to move in .. Bigger places more money cleaner .. More food. .people .. Its a tough market

Nice place with good music. I found it hard to fit in unless you are a regular.

Used to be a great little cozy place for coffee or a few beers. Now it has hit rock bottom. Not much to see here anymore except for drugs if you're into that. Seems like everyone here is on something or looking to give you something illegal or sell it to you. Pretty much the only thing you'll get here now as far as the people who come. Employees are great, friendly and kind. But people will pick fights and spike your drinks with drugs. Awful.

Great beer selection. Live musicians are always great. Food is good. In the winter they usually have a really nice fire pit going on their back patio.
