I was only looking but I purchased a brand new Pilot today. The salesman, Philip, was kind, knowledgeable, and knew what my expectations were. Since I work at a credit union, I was skeptical of the entire finance process. But I didn’t need to be. From test drive to pulling off the lot, I am a pleased, satisfied customer. Kudos to the service I received at Johnson City Honda!

Our experience was simple and stress free. No pressure sales and fairness from our transaction. Lee Williams is highly recommended by us. He is polite and knowledgeable as well as friendly. Possibly the best car buying experience I've ever had.

One of the few honest* dealerships left. No hard sell, good trade valuation, and a friendly sales and service crew. Finance team tried their best to pull the "what do your monthly payments need to be?" line, which I quickly shut down. Ownership will work through any issues you might have in good faith and I feel like they put my interests under reasonable consideration.
* - honest in comparison to the others in the area. Under no illusions that they are in the business to make money and will take advantage when they can. Be an informed consumer and do your homework and these guys will work with you.response / report this review -

I had an excellent experience doing business with Johnson City Honda. This is the second car that I have bought from them. Although I had decided to sell my present car on-line, I was happy to find that I could get the price that I wanted as a Trade-in credit on A new car. This saved me time and worry! Gary Miller has been my salesman for both cars that I have bought here. He understands my automotive needs and is very personable. I highly recommend this salesman and dealership.

High pressure and extremely arrogant sales staff backed up by management. Don't waste your time even going there. I could tell you the entire experience but their sales staff might get their feeling hurt AGAIN! If I could less than one star I would. If you read some of the replies by made by management "We strive to make customer satisfaction our #1 goal" If that's the case they NEED to re-train their staff and sales managers not to be loud and obnoxious, not to use high pressure sales tactics, for the managers to try and ease over a deal instead of tossing a potential customer out because their sales crew got their feelings hurt. I have purchased a new car just about every year for the past 20 years and I have NEVER been treated the way this dealership treated me and my family.

My car shopping has again been the utmost pleasure, thanks to my special sales friend Gary Miller. I am so happy with my new 2017 HR-V and I look forward to many years of confidence in driving my Honda. Gary is so knowledgeable, answering all my questions and concerns. I know he will be there whenever I need his help. Thanks Gary for your patience, personality and of course the ice cream.

Alonzo was wonderful. I had been there two weeks prior to purchase and was looking for a particular van that they did not have. Alonzo said he'd "keep his eyes open" for me and sure enough, he did. Friday evening he let me know he had the perfect one and I left Saturday morning with exactly what I wanted at an even better price than expected. The whole experience was quick and painless and that includes the financing as well. I would highly recommend Johnson City Honda to anyone.

I had totaled my car. I came to Johnson City's honda and spoke to Bennett. My mother and husband went first and Bennett was awesome with them. He showed them anything they thought I might have liked and knew everything there was to know about all the cars there. He was so patient and answered any questions we could think of. Bennett never made us feel rushed he was there and super helpful. After our my second time there I bought a Honda Pilot. He knew everything there was to know about the car. He made sure I knew my car before I left. He is so nice and will do anything to help! I will never buy another car anywhere else, I highly recommend going to shop with Johnson City Honda and especially Bennett!

I have nothing but great things to say about Mr. Stephen Woods and the entire staff I've worked with at Johnson City Honda. They have made the purchase of both cars completely painless and an overall amazing experience. Stephen went above and beyond while helping me find a solution for upsizing. He stayed well after (3+ hours) it was time for him to get home to ensure that I was completely taken care of. If you're in need of a car, do yourself a favor and visit Johnson City Honda!
