ZERO STARS DESERVED HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I called about 30 minutes before closing on a Thursday afternoon, and there was almost no wait time (less than 5 minutes). When Linda answered, she was very helpful. She listened to my problem, knowledgeably answered my questions, and had a couple of tips for avoiding this problem in the future. And by answering everything so adequately over the phone, she also helped me avoid making a trip to their office during rush-hour traffic.
I called my local Austin, TX office at 4000 Jackson Avenue . Sara answered after a five minute wait. I was pleasantly surprised with Sara's professionalism and her attention to detail. She went above and beyond, supplying me with several useful pieces of information, phone numbers, etc., that I will need down the line regarding my issue. I did not even ask for this information. She also sent me an email with information I did not realize I would need. First Class experience! I love the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles in Austin. I have always had very good experiences. Even after 13 years of living in Austin, I'm conditioned to expect the awful experiences of the California DMV! Thank you for proving me wrong every time.
I was on the phone for over 20 minutes! I just had a few questions that were not answered on the website, and not a single person bothered to answer the phone.
No one ever answers the phonethis is crazy!!!!!!
I don't think no one works at this place!!!! Was on the phone just trying to get ahold of someone for 32 minutes and then someone picked up then hung up!!! MF
Do the employees work here? My tax money at work. Or should I say not working. Lol
