Lived here when I first moved to Austin. Good management and fair pricing with flexible dog policy and leasing options. I wouldn't live there again bc the street traffic is loud, pool and gym suck, and you rarely see or meet the transients that reside here, but if you're new to Austin or travel a lot, this works for a few months until you figure out where you belong. Side note: Sara and all of the management/Maintenece are chill plus they actually give you a deposit back!

We have lived in the Crescent for just over a month and love it! Apartment is a nice size and the outdoor spaces are great. Our doggie loves meeting her friends in the dog park. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It’s a great place to live!

Amazing Location with modern, spacious apartments. Front office staff is amazing - extremely helpful and welcoming! Cool rooftop with solid views of downtown. You seriously can't beat the location - amazing tacos across the street with a Tom's for all your needs!

We have lived at the Crescent for about six months. This is our first apartment here in Austin and, we feel, has been a perfect location and apartment to introduce us to Austin living (especially moving from a larger city).

That's important, since we had concerns after reading some negative reviews, and brought those up before signing a lease. It was good to see the management team (mainly Sara at the onset) was honest, aware and actively managing any situations, and we feel that has carried through to our time living at the Crescent.

The apartment itself is great -- you really can't beat a balcony with a downtown Austin view. The open floor plan, 24/7 gym, a pool (small, but salt water) and rooftop (with a grill) are huge pluses, and the location really sealed the deal for us. Walkable to downtown and all the SoCo hot spots (and Taco Joint across the street).

We've had no issues with bugs or anything of the rodent variety, nor flooding. Maybe that's because of our location in the front of the apartment, but that's just been our experience. I'm sure during those hot Texas summer days the trash room attracts a few visitors between pickups, but not sure how you can stop that anywhere.

Sure, the parking spaces are a bit tight, and the gym isn't an Equinox, but the management team is friendly, the maintenance team is quick and sees through any tiny request, and its made our experience here at the Crescent a really enjoyable one. (Oh yea..I was not paid to write this)

I love this apartment complex. I had a couple of maintenance issues when I first moved in but they were dealt with super quickly. Everyone in the leasing office is super helpful and sweet and I love chatting with them whenever I'm down in the office!

If you are looking for an apartment come at Crescent, the pool is amazing, the apartment is beautiful, and the floor plan is perfect for me. You will love the community and the staff. Great staff specially Sarah she is super friendly and always at your service when you need something. The price is really correct, and the location is perfect. The best of the building is the rooftop I wish I could have a view like that for the rest of my life. Thank You For Everything !!!!!!

I've lived at the Crescent for about 4 months now, and I can recommend it for sure. I ran into some issues when I first moved in, and they were taken care of in a professional manner. The staff is very nice and helpful, the apartments are nice, the location is great, and the value can't be beat. Take a tour and see for yourself.

Charming apartment living spaces! The unique architecture at the Crescent reminds me of a cool South Beach boutique hotel. The moment I stepped inside the office, I was greeted by the office manager. She was very professional and attentive with me. We took a tour of the property and I immediately knew I wanted to live here. The floor plans are perfect - spacious bathrooms, modern kitchens and convenient built-in shelves in the living area. All units have something special to offer, whether you're view is to the pool area like mine or towards the city. The rooftop is incredible, spectacular view of the gorgeous Austin skyline. You'll be sure to fall in love! Again, the staff at the Crescent is always here for you to help you as a tenant. Sarah and Mary are wonderful! They want to make sure your experience is positive.

Recently moved into Crescent Apartments. Overall, I'm happy with the apartment and management service. My roommate and I had a few issues with the apartment at first, but after reaching out to management they were quick to work with us to solve the problem. The price is great for this location!

I recently moved in here as a new grad, and this has been, by far, the smoothest move-in I've ever been a part of! Sara and the staff were really welcoming and helpful (they even put my bed and mattress inside the apartment before I reached Austin!). I signed my lease online with no problems at all, and all my concerns were happily dealt with! I'm glad to have chosen this apartment complex!

So far the Crescent staff have been helpful with moving in, adjusting to bills and making sure that everything is ready to go. The whole apartment complex is an incredibly dog-friendly atmosphere. We have worked with Sara and she did a great job to get an apartment that fit or needs.

Professional staff, extremely dog-friendly, great floor plans and solid amenities compared to other luxury complexes. I have no major complaints! The only things keeping this from a 5 are that I've had challenges registering with the online portal, and I had to follow up with a phone-call to a maintenance request to ensure it was handled same-day. All in all, very professional, great amenities and view and overall great experience!
