Would go back to the dealership. The salesmen (Austin) was straightforward and gave a fair price up front, no hassle with negotiating. They weren't pushy about adding unnecessary costs onto the deal like fabric/paint protections/extend warranties/etc like I've had at other dealerships.

Would recommend them!

Worst car buying experience ever. They get your money and no longer care. Sold a van with a defective key, they did replace even though they didn't want to. Couldn't spell my name correct for the title. Take forever to return phone calls answer the phone after it rings 10 times. Treats your trade like it's junk then prices it for gold. Guess what that car never left me stranded. Like the vehicle you sold me did.

Very good experience from start to finish. Purchased new 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan from Matt Kryder. Found the van on the internet most of the leg work was finished prior to our arrival, the price was agreed upon before making the 2 hour drive to the dealership. Very easy in and out no prolonged typical car dealership waiting. Very satisfied and highly recommend.

Had an amazing experience with staff yesterday. Saw a car Wednesday, scheduled a test drive last evening, drove-filled out paperwork-and drove away in 45 mins last night! Price was incredible based on research I had done so didn't feel the need to haggle.

Matt Kryder was professional in phone contact and I person throughout the day. We drove 125 miles from our home and it was worth it! Finance manager (I have forgotten his name) shared the extra options but was not pushy when we declined.

If you're looking for a car or see one they are selling that you want, my experience is that they are easy to work with and very straightforward and friendly!

This dealership worked with us on several visits during our car shopping expedition. Everyone there was friendly and will to help us get the best deal. They were not pushy and they understood how big of a purchase this was for our little family. Ted Tracey was our salesman and he made us feel comfortable with making a decision not based on price, but based on the options we were looking for in a vehicle. I found a vehicle on their website that seemed reasonable, (it was a 2010 Chevy Impala) I stopped in and asked if I could look at it. Doug took me out and told me about it and what my options would be or what I could do in order to get the car. I said lets run my credit through a couple of banks and see what they say, I left their because it could take a few hours or instantly get a result. I got a call from Doug the next day with some good news saying that I can get the car but I needed a cosigner in order to get the car, I told him I didn't want to go that route but I will let him know by the end of the week. I called on Wednesday telling him that I do have a down payment that I could do on that vehicle, he said ok I will send that to a few banks and get back with you. He called me latter saying that I can get the car on my own with just the down payment, I said ok I'll come in on Saturday with my dad and well look at it. I stopped in and found out the car was already sold, prier to that I found a 2010 Nissan Altima that just got in on Friday. I asked Doug could I test drive that one, he said sure. I left there that afternoon with the car and drove it home with a feeling of gratitude knowing that this car will work for me. I am thankful in having a great guy to work with and to help me with all of my needs. Thanks Terry Hendriks for all the help and getting me a vehicle that I can drive for years to come. I'll definitely come back for service and getting a new or newer vehicle.

I traveled from the metro Detroit area to look at a 2014 ram 1500 advertised online. It was stated that the truck was a one owner vehicle with a clean Carfax. Other than some usual scuffs and scratches that you would associate with a used truck it seamed clean. I loved the truck and the salespeople were very friendly. Fast forward to now, it's been about three months. I always keep my truck clean and wax it by hand. After driving it and washing it a few times I noticed major damage on the passenger side rocker panel. It was covered up with filler and touch up paint to the point where it looked like new when it was on the lot. The problem I have is that the repair was done poorly, like a band-aid fix meant to last until after the truck was driven off the lot. The body filler and touch up paint wore off now I have a huge crack in my rocker panel. This is unacceptable for a truck with a clean Carfax. I feel like I was lied to. It's obvious the repair was done at the dealership before the sale. Now I'm stuck with my new truck that needs costly repair work. I plan on contacting them about resolving the matter. I would love to have it repaired (properly) and change my one star rating to a five.

My wife and I traveled from just south of Chicago to purchase a car for our daughter. When we arrived, the car was exactly as described except for one interior item that had been overlooked initially. There was a sizable hole in the driver's seat. Austin was genuinely apologetic that he had missed this during the picture taking and e-mail exchanges that we had regarding the car.

When we took the car for the test drive, it blew the boot on the CV joint and we brought the car back smelling funny and smoking. This was due to the grease that had been slung underneath the car when the boot blew. Rather than selling the car to us as-is, Austin and the service team sourced a replacement front axle assembly and replaced it the same day at no cost to us.

Overall, we both were very impressed with the integrity of the dealership as a whole and would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them. The service department was excellent to work with as well!
