The initial visit was great, but I have been calling and leaving messages for my stylist to call me back. I have questions regarding my hair topper and I just can’t seem to get a hold of them. Everyone that answers the phone has no idea, so I’m being forced to find a new location 🙄

This was my first appointment at The Beauty Box Salon but it won’t be my last. Amanda gave me an excellent haircut. She was very professional and understood what I wanted from my haircut. She knew exactly how to cut my fine texture hair and was very methodical in her work. I really appreciate the experience! Thank you so much.

I had a great experience at the beauty box salon! Amanda is a pro and turned my long, scraggly hair and made it look great! Super chill vibes but still an upscale place, I will definitely be going back for my next hair cut.

I got my hair cut with Lando and I love it! The store is clean and bright, everyone here is so friendly, and Lando is great about listening to my request and giving his recommendations too.

The customer service by Brittany was awesome. I did it all through text and she was super helpful and made it so easy to make changes or update my appointment. Then when I got there the girl at the front desk was very nice and offered coffee which is always a plus. Erin did my removal and reapplication of my tape in extensions. I have a sensitive scalp but it was the first time EVER that I had no pain AT ALL during removal. She made sure I wasn't uncomfortable and was very pleasant. I got in and out of there within an hour and a half so it was also way faster then the place I used to go to. I will definitely be back.

After a week of getting a Brazillian blow out that I was told would last 4 and 1/2 months all the frizz returned. I went back after 3 weeks to show my hair, they offered to re-do it again, but not refund for the service that was totally ineffective. Would not recommend BeautyBox for a Brazilian Blowout.

Sarah did a great job with my hair. It was seriously so awful like 5 different colors and very damaged.. She made it look awesome. I went from a horrible mix of browns reds.. Ugly colors and am now a SUPER light blonde and its so beautiful. She also did a great job on my cut. I recommend her and just this salon in general. Everyone there was really nice, helpful.. and the atmosphere of the salon was, as well. I definetly recommend going here & can't wait to go back in the future ☺

I went in today for a cut and color. I have not had one done professionally in a very long time. Megan listened to me and made great recommendations as well as letting me know what wouldn't work. Never been to a salon in which a stylist really took the time to listen. Everyone in the salon went out of the way to be friendly and welcoming. I won't use another salon besides this one again !

Omg! Best service ever!! I had an appt. with Nicole and came out with the most gorgeous hair color ever! It's been forever since i died my hair and to go from my natural super black hair to this was a process. Nicole was very nice and realistic with what we could achieve to get a nice color and still keep my hair healthy. I'm def. going back! I recommend asking for Nicole if u want an awesome haircut and color!

Definitely not the right place to go if you value your hair and money. Although they have a friendly staff and accommodated my busy schedule, it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with extensions.
Here are my reasons:
1. Inexperienced staff. Most of them are college aged who are still learning basic things. They even let people practice on your hair and they introduce them to you as their apprentices, but you still have to pay full price. Go figure: 2 or 3 not so experienced people working on your hair = CATASTROPHE plus waste of timeif you would be looking for a cheap thing you wouldn't go to this place, right??!
2. Poor hair extension job. I paid and was expecting to get 7-star premium Hairdreams quality hair that could be rebonded and used for up to 1-2 years. But instead of my hairdreams extensions, I was given hair nightmares! Turned out I received a blend and didn't get 100% 7-star premium quality hair. The hair wasn't the same including varying levels of quality and different shades of color. The quality of the glue was substandard and caused a lot of damage to my hair. I even experienced hair loss when they tried to redo the hair extensions.
When you pay $5,000-6,000 you expect a premium product and service. I have received better from previous salons while saving myself several thousand/s.response / report this review -

I've said it before and I'll say it again. The Beauty Box Salon is one of the most professional yet engaging salons I've ever received services. The stylists are skilled at their craft and still friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this salon for any of the services they provide.

I just left about an hour ago and can't stop smiling! About a month ago I cut a large portion of my hair trying to rock a shorter hair lengthI was not loving it! Short hair was not accentuating my face as well as I thought it would, on the contrary I felt so unhappy with how I looked. After realizing I missed my long hair I began researching about hair extensions. I had never worn them before I'd only heard about them. I also wanted to go to a good place that I could feel comfortable in trusting them with this experience. Beauty Box seemed to be the place, to make my story short I met with Liz. She thoroughly explained the extensions selection and process. I then scheduled for my installation day. When I saw what she had done to my hair I immediately felt one thousand times better and was truly amazed!!!! I'd never had my hair this long & full of volume 😍 I love her!!! This place is definitely where I'll be going from now on ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I went to Beauty box after reading all the amazing reviews. I was in badly need of a cut. My tips were horribleven and the bad hair day was not helping the situation. I called and made an appointment. And I was set to get cut by Sarah. She is amazing. Super sweet and kind. She asked me a bunch of questions about my hair history and about what I wanted to get done. I explained and showed her a pic. She totally nailed it. I'm so happy. And the place is really nice also. This is deff my new hair place since I will be in Dallas 5 times a year now 😆
