DFW Steamcleaning did an amazing job cleaning both the carpet as well as the hardwood and tile floors in our house. They arrived on time, worked hard the entire time, gave us tips on upkeep of the floors to keep them in tip-top shape, and were pleasant to work with all around - we highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their floors cleaned!

Quick scheduling, excellent carpet cleaning, reasonably priced and overall excellent experience! Carpets were dry in eight hours and looked great. Wished we'd have scheduled them sooner! What more could you ask for?

Tim did an outstanding job and I will not hesitate to use his services again.
I had a new linen sofa that I needed to scotchgard and wisely decided to call a professional, rather than attempting it myself. He was extremely knowledgeable and reassuring about the scotchgard process and did an amazing job on my sofa.
He also cleaned my carpets, including two sets of stairs, and the carpet looks better now than when I moved into my townhouse with my two less than perfect dogs!
He is a perfectionist - I have never had any company take as much care as he did to ensure that my carpets were immaculate and that I was 100% satisfied.

Tim came out as booked online and did great job cleaning our carpets. DFW Steam Cleaning was competitively priced and Tim knocked out the whole place (3 rooms and a stairwell) in less than 1.5 hours. DFW Steam Cleaning followed up several times and made sure we had a great experience.

We shopped around and made our selection based on cost and Yelp reviews (Five Stars). We would highly recommend DFW Steam Cleaning and Tim.

DFW Steam Cleaning is the best carpet cleaner I have used in more than 25 years, and in four states! Tim is very conscientious and clearly has high standards that are reflected in the quality of his work. Seems like every other carpet cleaner I used got ground-in dirt and other stains out of the carpet while they were here, but they reappeared once the carpet dried. Not the case with DFW steam cleaning. They're the best at producing perfect results that last. I highly recommend them!

Tim did a great job of cleaning all of the carpet in our house. There were several stains that had been there for years. He was able to remove them. He is very polite and also very dedicated to doing a great job for the customer.

I contacted DFW Steam Cleaning because of the reviews on Yelp, and am glad I did! Our job entailed removing stains from white cotton upholstery. Tim was very responsive to my emails and provided an honest assessment of the cleaning job, making it clear that it was doubtful the stains could be removed. But, he was very willing to try. Mark, the technician on the job, was very polite, respectful, and also gave a clear assessment of the problem. He worked very hard to clean the furniture and offered recommendations for future care and stain prevention/removal. Although all the stains couldn't be removed (which we understood from the start of the job), the furniture looked significantly better than any of us had expected! In addition to the great service we received, the price was very reasonable.

We were so pleased with Tim and Mark's professionalism and the job results that we plan to be repeat customers. My next call will be to clean carpet!

Great service and they did a wonderful job on the carpets. Very reasonably priced and no surprise costs at the end. I only had 1 service done which was 3 rooms of carpet and the stairs steam cleaned but I would imagine they show the same expertise with their other services as well. I highly recommend DFW steam cleaning.

Tim was absolutely wonderful in the service that he provided. He is definitely the person you want to do the job. We had acrylic wax on our hardwood floors and we search all over and no one knew how to do this.. We felt absolutely lost and then found DFW Steam Cleaning. After talking with Tim, he eased our nerves and assured us that we will get our original floors back.

After coming to our house and started the process. IT WAS AMAZING! He got all of that Acrylic Wax off our new Hardwood floors! We can't thank him enough, but his professionalism and attention to detail said it all!

Our carpets had pet and traffic stains. We were impressed with how clean they looked and smelled following the treatment. We were also pleased with the technician, he was very pleasant and there was no attempt to add anything that we had not requested. The price was good. I was impressed enough to tip him. We will use him again the next time we need our carpets cleaned!
