They installed our new water heater quickly and easily, with no fuss whatsoever. Even when they saw our pipes were unexpected, they took it in stride, and did what they needed to do. I recommend them entirely.

Can’t begin to describe to quality and excellent communication I’ve received from Dave (owner) and Braden. I will continue using them for all of my gas line installations. I highly recommend blue river.

Great team of guys. Good communication to myself, the customer and their staff. I’ve trusted them alone in my house to do projects, as well as help complete remodels. They stand behind their work like I’ve never seen before. Blue River is my first and last call for plumbing questions, service and installations.

They did a great job. Garbage disposal went out and Brayden replaced it very quickly. Works great, looks good. If you need a plumber call them.

I was out of town and my renters said the hot water heater was out. It was probably just a pilot light so I just needed a plumber to go out there check that and turn it back on. After calling 4 other plumbers that could not get there for a week Blue River Plumbing said they could get out there early the next morning. Their office staff was very nice and easy to work with. They sent me text messages and the plumber called me when the work was done. The only reason I did not do 5 stars is that the price was a bit high for lighting a pilot light. However, the price was worth it because of the quick service.

We were selling our home and during the property inspection it was discovered that our 1 year old water heater had not been installed properly. We called Blue River and they came out promptly and on time. Dallas was our technician and he agreed that the water heater had indeed been installed incorrectly (different company) and it had to replaced. He arranged with a supplier to get approval for the warranty to cover the replacement of the unit and he picked it up and had it installed in just a few hours. Thanks Blue River! You get 5 stars on service!

Excellent - I called at 8am asking for a professional to help me finish a project, and by Noon Dallas was there to help. He completed the job in less than 30 min in a very professional manner. Call these folks for your plumbing needs.

After reading the reviews and knowing Dallas, we will be looking forward to using Blue River Plumbing and Heating when we do our two bathroom remodel at the end of the year. I heard from our contractor that Dallas is polite, helpful, and finishes each job he has done.
