We've bought many cars from these guys and they're always GREAT! We choose Peter :) as our sales guru but really you guys work so well together. Lots of patience and knowledge..I love that you all help us pick just the right vehicle, as a team, whatever our budget-without the annoying upsell ever. We wouldn't go anywhere else..Grateful!!
My husband and I went to team nissan with the thought that our max payment might not be enough to get a new vehicle. We worked with Justin, Nick, and Rob. They were amazing, patient, and diligent in trying to get a price we can pay. We were about to leave with no deal, off by 50 bucks, when out from the back office there was a yell, we can do it!!!! We were super happy and walked out with a new truck, payments that we can afford, a very excited husband. A big thank u to Justin and the team for making it happen.
My son and I traveled from NY to Team Nissan NH to purchase a hard to find vehicle from this dealership. We were treated with excellent service when we arrived. Upon returning home we experienced a couple complications. I reached out to the manager Ralph Fast and he handled things fast and professionally. I didn’t anticipate that he would be so concerned me being satisfied.lets face it I live 3.5 hours away and chances are he wont see me again but, he gave me the same great service he would have give a local. Also, our salesman Nick was highly knowledgeable and professional. I would like to thank everyone involved. I would highly recommend Team Nissan!
Fast, friendly service and reasonably priced. They offer complimentary beverages, snacks, TV and WiFi while you wait. I've always been skeptical of getting my vehicles serviced by dealerships in the past and I've never had a problem with Team Nissan Manchester. Also, their sales team is great too.
Christopher Griffin and the whole team were amazing! They really listened to what I needed, found the perfect car UNDER my budget, didn't push me or try to hard sell me, gave me a more than fair trade-in value on my old car, and got everything done so quickly! They even helped point me to someone who set me up with cheaper car insurance than what I had before! I cannot thank them enough!
Best customer Service! Both Garrett Gregoire and Jim Pitka were extremely helpful. Both worked with me to make sure I left with the car I wanted at an affordable price/rate. The test drive included the highway which really gave me a feel for the car I was interested in! Would definitely recommend this dealership to a family member or friend!
Great dealership with a very friendly staff. Huge variety of inventory with the best deals around!
First off I want to thank Rob Miller for over 10 years of exceptional service! I have leased my cars from team Nissan since I was 20 and I have only had the best of the best! This will be my 5 lease with the company and this trade in was no different then every other great experience I've had with the team! Pete help me out today and he was great! He not only made sure I thoroughly understood my options but also made sure I knew how to properly utilize all the features in my new Sentra! Team Nissan has gone above and beyond to always make sure I'm taken care of like family! Here's to another 10 plus years guys! Looking forward to it!!!!
My wife and I purchased a 2017 Platinum Armada from Ralph and the good folks at Team Nissan and couldn't be happier with our experience. Ultimately, our decision to work with Team was rooted in trust as we had a number of alternatives (dealers, cars, etc.) to consider throughout the process. Team Nissan, from Sales to Service, is unequivocally, the best we've had the pleasure of working with. Thanks, guys!
Big shout out to Team Nissan. Bought a new Pathfinder at the end of March trading in my Honda Ridgeline. First, I couldn't be happier with the Pathfinder. I've put 8,600 miles on it in less than 5 months and it hasn't skipped a beat.
More importantly though I had the best experience with Team Nissan throughout the purchase process. It's probably my least favorite thing to do (aside from movingmaybe) but the GM Ralph and Salesman Peter were pure professionals and a pleasure to work with. There was no second guessing or any back and forth negotiations. They have me their best offer and financing out of the gate and we wrapped everything up quickly and efficiently.
Lastly, their service department has been great too. Thankfully I haven't had any issues to speak of but they handled my routine oil change and tire rotation with easw. Againits been nothing but white glove service with Team Nissan. Their vehicles are top of the lone in technology and reliability and the team there will treat you like family. I highly recommend them.
This place is as sleazy as it gets. Over priced cars, under valued trade in's, misinformation, aggressive sales tactics, and a poor understanding of simple economics. Do not trust these people and do not do business with them. I only did business with them because they happened to have the car that I wanted. I did not trust anything they said and I would encourage you not to either.
We got a bad vibe from the start. Purchasing the car was an excruciatingly long, drawn out affair even though we had everything prepared in advance (car values, financing, ect). It took four hours here while other dealerships have taken one and this was on a slow day. The salesman was highly opinionated, pushy, and generally misinformed although he was not new to this job. The guy who finished our paperwork was also highly opinionated and pushy. He started off very friendly and turned borderline rude when we declined all the expensive add-on's.
Please do business somewhere else if at all possible.
Extremely aggressive sales. Overpriced, for starters; especially when the service is awful. When spending thousands of dollars on a vehicle, I'd prefer to be treated with respect. Shop elsewhere if you're seeking to conduct a professional business transaction.
Went to another Nissan dealer and had a bad experience. Went to TEAM NISSAN and met Garrett Gregoire at the door and were totally blown away! Sales. Service & Personality. He was truly amazing.. he LISTENED to what I wanted, gave me choices to what I could afford, walked through everything we needed and was overall incredibly helpful. He made our entire car buying experience unforgettable and easy! We HIGHLY recommend TEAM NISSAN!!
I love my Maxima (bought it at Concord Nissan- much better dealer) but Team Nissan can almost make you loose interest in the brand. Money hungry sale focused staff that know the bare minimum about the brand and use high pressure tactics and simply ruin the experience. They even went so far as to lie about Volkswagen just to close a sale. Don't buy here.
Go anywhere but here to purchase a used vehicle. I purchased a used 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited on October 30, 2016. My sales rep was great, answered all of my questions, gets me documentation I asked for when I asked for it. Sales manager not so great, keeps trying to sell me an extended warranty that doesn't cover the parts I am actually worried about screwing up in a Jeep. Took the better part of the afternoon to get this guy to stop trying to up sell me. Close the deal and head back to Vermont. Fast forward to January 23, 2017. Clutch fails as I'm pulling onto the interstate heading to work, ya know, a part not covered by that extended warranty they wanted me to buy. Get towed to the nearest Jeep dealership, where I am informed after a few hours of diagnosis that the entire clutch assembly is destroyed, the culprit: low fluid levels in the transmission, and transfer case. I check my vehicle everyday before work, never seen evidence of a trans leak, which the dealership confirms they can find no evidence of either. These are areas of a vehicle that one would reasonably assume at least have requisite fluid levels when purchased. Immediately call Team Nissan to obtain the service record for the vehicle before it was sold. Given a bit of grief by the service manager but eventually obtain a service report. No evidence of service to the transmission or transfer case in the service documents, although their inspection report lists these as problem areas in need of service. This information was not disclosed to me during the buying process, and frankly this is negligence the dealer is responsible for under NH and VT law. So I again in good faith reached out asking for more detailed service documents just to make sure this had been done. Service manager gives me a song and dance about me not taking responsibility for my driving habits. Then changes his defense to the vehicle being sold as is. I'm just trying to find out what the service department can do for me given the situation, haven't even asked for coverage of the repairs at this point. Pretty rude guy, and a terrible experience. The quick jumps around and changing defenses all in the same phone call lead me to believe they know they are in the wrong. I've filed a complaint with the BBB regarding this, but I'm not holding my breath. Moral of the story: I'm out 2k for repairs on a part that shouldn't have failed for another 60k miles all because these guys cut corners trying to make a quick sale.
