Great customer service, it was a real busy day there but still felt cared for by the staff. I did end up buying a used car they met my price point and offered me options that helped me rather than put more money in their pocket. Ask for Tyler Lessard and you will not be let down. Thanks Tyler and the quirk crew.

Brought my EOS in for regular maintenance. The work was performed quickly and completely. The technician even sent me a video of my car's condition! So cool. I will be back.

My experience with Dominick and the whole crew at Quirk led me to buy my first car ever car from a dealership! Extremely helpful, not pushy. I bought a Tiguan and before I left, Dominick made sure to set up (sync) my phone for me and walk me through all the features of the car to make sure I understood how it all worked. A great guy and wonderful dealership.

Just bought a VW Tiguan there this week. Was very surprised by the whole transaction. I was hoping for a good price but not expecting a very fun experience. They said hi to me but left me alone to enjoy looking around the lot without bothering me. Once inside they kept things casual and quickly worked toward getting me a price whereas other dealerships play games and do lots of chit chat to hold you there for hours. We talked a bit about the price (always a bit of negotiation they expect) and came up with a fair price so I bought the car. They gave me a much better price than my local dealer and they made the process fun and easy. Not sure if they could have done anything to make the experience any better. Thanks you Dominick. Drove an hour down to Manchester to try this dealership out. By far the most professional and reliable service center I've been. I was very disappointed of the dealership in my neighborhood. This place however is very transparent and professional about the entire process. They even send you a video of the entire process!

Amazing service and very reasonable compared to many VW dealerships. They are very transparent and go above and beyond to explain what's needed. I even got a video of my Jetta when it was lifted and the mechanic recorded the under belly of my car and showed me how my car was doing. I went there for a 50K service for my Jetta and I will be back here for all my future services. I don't even live in New Hampshire and I'm willing to drive up from Mass to get service at Quirk. Speacial thanks to Russ at the service desk who took the time to print out information about my cars service schedule and explained what my car needs for the next 100K to stay in tip top shape.Thank you Russ!!!

Just got a new 2016 Volkswagen Jetta TSI TURBO for low money a month. Paula and Matt helped me and my mother out a lot getting this car. Customer service was perfect and so wasn't the process !!!

The most professional Volkswagen dealership I have ever been to. Fair pricing every one that works there is dressed very professional. An added bonus is that they don't play the typical car dealership games, and they do not pressure when it comes to sales.
