This dealership is very clean, professional, and the sales staff are very friendly. I will tell you that when you buy a Lexus you are buying more than a car, you are buying into a Lexus experience. It's hard to explain but you'll understand once you enter the dealership and service area. Top notch organization and we had a very pleasant experience purchasing our first Lexus. I would highly recommend this dealership. They'll take great care of you.

My wife and I had the best experience in purchasing a new RX350 from sales consultant Britney Costa who puts customer service first and foremost. Knowledgeable and technology expert on vehicle features and electronics. Outstanding personality and answers all your questions and devoted as much time as necessary to you.
The service department at IRA Lexus of Manchester is outstanding. I have nothing but the highest praise for Laurie Beauchemin a veteran service consultant at this dealership. She is customer service exemplified and makes you feel welcomed and part of her family.

I have never had better service than I do at this Lexus dealership! They obviously take pride in customer satisfaction and consistently treat me with respect and deliver knowledgeable attention to my needs. I appreciate their clean, attractive waiting area and facility, as well as the warm, fresh bagels and beverages they provide while you wait. And the beautiful flower arrangements throughout are a nice touch. I am most impressed with their friendly, cordial group of team players who always aim to please. I trust them and would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in Lexus ownership.

The team at Ira Lexus of Manchester is very customer service oriented! From booking my appointment, to check-in, to delivery of my loaner and picking up my serviced and CLEAN vehicle, it was professional and friendly service all the way! The facility is always clean and welcoming with offers of beverages and snacks while you wait or to take with you. The staff is top notch! Highly recommended if you are considering purchasing a Lexus. Having a great service department once you own one is important :)

Our experience with Ira Lexus was outstanding!! The people were friendly, efficient and knew what they were doing. We arranged for a loaner ahead of time and all was ready for us. We are extremely pleased with the service at this dealership. We have two homes, so sometimes have our service done in another state.but we always try to time it so it can be done at Ira!!

I work in the automotive industry for a different luxury manufacturer which makes me highly critical of my interactions with others in the field. This Lexus dealership provided me with excellent service. The staff was highly professional. Dawn K.(service dept.) was absolutely awesome to work with! The explanation of my multi-point inspection was clear, precise and 100% honest. They had the work completed faster than expected. My complimentary wash + vacuum was more like a detailing, my car looked great when I got it back. I will highly recommend this dealer in the future. A+ !!

My first Lexus purchase! The process began online, after a quick phone call an appointment was made and a few hours later I was driving home in a Certified RX 350. Chris Barrows was courteous, friendly and very helpful. We test drove two models and I was able to decide between the two pretty quickly with Chris's guidance. He was well versed in the various models, options and variances between them - providing me the information needed to choose quickly. The facility is as impressive as the vehicle itself. Joe made the experience very pleasurable as he listened to us and did not try and pressure us into buying something we did not want. Great experience overall. My sales representative, Emma, was very knowledgeable about the product and made the sales experience quick and fun. Sales Manager, Jeff Cate, was a pleasure to work with and he got me an amazing deal! Finance Manager, Jose, was thorough with the paper work and explained everything. A great dealership with an even better team. All who were involved with the purchase of my vehicle were very informative, pleasant and dedicated to getting me in the car I wanted. The process did take quite a bit longer than expected but this was due to the fact that everyone involved were taking their time to make sure I got what I wanted at a price I could afford. Couldn't be happier.
