I was reading reviews so I could find a Reputable NH inspection garage a few years ago. I Stumbled on TONS of AWESOME reviews which were for Lolo’s Garage in Derry NH. I’ve never have written a review before today but I saw one bad review today I was stunned. This was by some person that only gave one star ⭐️I won’t say the name because they know who they are since only bad review. I was shocked because since I’ve been taking my car there. The first time they noticed my remote start wires were a mess under driverside but he fixed at no charge even though I offered. I’m a women and they didn’t try to sell me the world this is the most honest shop I’ve ever encountered!!! That’s saying a lot since most shops see a women and see dollar signs. I don’t know what this bad review was about but I’d recommend them forever!!!!

My boyfriend brought his new car in for inspection and he was told he needed it fixed or it wouldn't pass. Then when he left his car sounded like something was wrong with it when it didn't sound like that before. He also was never given a rejection sticker to prove he tried to have it inspected. Sounds pretty shady to me. He was also made to sit and wait for over an hour when there was barely anyone there and the owner kept referring to him as "gringo". I find that to be a bit racist. I will never refer anyone there

My husband and myself are regular customers, yes he might be busy, but his prices are fair, his work is great, he's honest and does the job right. He and his workers are very helpful and know their stuff.

If you want a very honest upfront mechanic who will tell you what your vehicle really needs instead of beating around the bush and adding unnecessary stuff to your checklist THIS IS THE BEST PLACE TO GO!!

I had them buy me a brand-new hood and paint it. They told me it would be ready in one day. Didn't end up having it done until almost 2 weeks later. Quoted me a price of 530 then it changed to 604. They gave me the runaround as to why it wasn't ready like they ordered the wrong Hood then some crazy accident something fell on it and scratch the Hood. Just a bunch of crazy lies. Especially when you give them the Vin number to the vehicle .

Worst experience I've ever had. I bought my break pads and wheel bearing and I gave it to them. When I got my car back, my ABS light was on. I was told that it was already onthey lied right to my face! That light was never on beforecome to find out they pressed in my bearing backwards! they misdiagnosed it and told me that I needed to find a reluctor ring because mine snapped off my axle. My model doesn't even have that on the axleit's in the wheel bearing. I had to replace both my bearing and my speed sensor! And my break pads were put in wrong and the boot to the caliper pistons are ripped. I will never come back here again. If I could give this a lower rating I would.

We got a flat near Derry late on a Saturday afternoon, and all of the dealerships/tire shops were closing up and unwilling to help until Monday morning. Lolo's, however, was open, honest, extremely friendly and accommodating, and had us on the road again in no time. Excellent experience, excellent people. I highly recommend them.
