Glad others had a good experience. They said my bike would be ready in a week, but after 2 weeks I gave them a call and they said they would get to it the next day. My son picked up the bike and the main issue I had brought it in for was still a problem -- they either lost my request or neglected to road test it.

Best bike shop anywhere. I have been going to DG Cycles for years. They are my go to bike shop for anything I need. Their service is the best in the business. They are knowledgeable and friendly. I suggest them to anyone looking for anything and everything bike related.

Excellent LBS. Bicycle ordered through them came from the manufacturer with chip in the paint. Dealt directly with the rep and ended up being able to ride the bike while a replacement frame was on back order. Spent a good amount of time with me fitting the bike and swapping out some parts. Good group of people.
