  We had our wedding at The Wedding Loft with Team Bridal on 10-14-17. Ben and Dawn (the co-owners) answered every email and question we had. Ben did a great job MCing and DJing during the wedding. He found all the songs we wanted for the ceremony and reception. Dawn went out of her way to give us a tasting of a couple of the dinner ideas before we chose. We loved the BBQ, and we had enough leftovers for dinner the next day and for lunches the day after!
  
  The downfall of Team Bridal is that Ben and Dawn cannot do it all. They contract some parts of the wedding details out--the flowers, cake, and photography. The cake we had looked amazing and tasted very good! We were very happy.
  
  The photographer that we initially chose became unavailable for our wedding, so we were stuck with a photographer that was not originally on the list they gave us (just two weeks out from the wedding). After perusing his portfolio, I had no confidence in the photos he would take, and after meeting him and talking with him, I still wasn't sure. The photos we received were about average, though the customer service from beginning to end was not professional at all. We had a lot of photos from friends and family, so we didn't care all the much about the photos he took, but I thought it was important to add our experience with him in this review.
  
  I ended up using a fresh bouquet that I chose earlier that day (and let the bridesmaid walk with the ones they made). I think you can go with fresh flowers, but honestly, I didn't ask enough questions or have a clear idea of what I wanted/needed at vendor day, so I wouldn't fault them that much for making those bouquets. The table settings were nicely done, and I liked the way the tables looked.
  
  The staff (except Ben and Dawn) were not overly friendly or welcoming in our experiences with them or in our guests' experiences with them on the day of the wedding. Luckily they are not a huge part of the big day, so it didn't bother us much.
  
  If you want a beautiful wedding venue and don't care much about the details of the wedding, I would suggest this venue and Team Bridal. We had a beautiful wedding, had a lot of fun during the reception, and didn't pay a huge amount for a three hour event with our families (and no clean up!). We ended up being very happy with the way the whole day went.

  I would have liked to see chairs that weren't discolored, a little updating would be good, and get whoever is responsible for the alley to pave it, elderly had a lot of trouble.

  If you are getting married and want NO stressplease make an appointment with this crew. Ben, Dawn, Angela Burgner Dean, April Booher and the rest were top notch! They do EVERYTHING, we just showed up!!! Seriouslythey were so wonderful. ❤❤

  This place is AMAZING!!!!!! Best decision they handled ALL my wedding details, I just told them what we wanted and they made it happen. The did exactly what we asked for and more!!! If you are looking for a wedding venue please check them out they are AWESOME!!!!

  Attended a wedding at this venue and it was amazing, they provided everything that the bride and groom requested. Best wedding I have been to, it was so much fun!!!

  Team Bridal is AWESOME!!! My daughter and son in law had the wedding of their dreams all thanks to the great work these wonderful people put into it. They were easy to work with, they go out of their way to see you have an easy non complicated wedding!!! I can't say enough!! I would highly recommend this place to plan your wedding!!!
