This place is enormous. If you manage to go in while the greeter and sales people are occupied, it's confusing knowing exactly what brands are in which section. It's designed where the customer is best suited by having one of the employees as a guide.

If you want to guarantee a guide or designer to walk you through the store and answer all your questions, I'd suggest calling ahead and setting up an appointment. We just walked through until we made our way back to the entrance, where we were immediately spotted and greeted by Rick.

Rick is awesome, personable, funny, and goes out of his way to find out information for you. The ladies who helped with setting up financing went out of their way to explain the options they have, and gave me all the time I needed to work the numbers in my favor.

I hate spending money, but when I do, I like to be where good people sell me quality things. That earns my business. Zak's Furniture was a fantastic experience, and I'll be coming back when it comes time to furnish the house.

Good place to shop, but the salespeople were not present. We tested several mattresses and still escaped the store without notice. Although I appreciate the pressure free experience we had questions and no one could be found. So, we decided to abandon the original idea of purchasing a locally sourced Restonic mattress and went to Grands instead where our salesman, Jack immediately greeted us made our experience awesome.

Great store. Various furniture styles, including a vast selection from Chip and Joanna Gaines' Magnolia Homes. All furniture, accessories and bedding available. Friendly sales people, not pushy. Good shopping experience.

Make sure you read the fine print. The 5 day return policy involves a 15% restocking fee! And that's only if the price doesn't end in 7. That's mean clearance which means NO returns/exchanges. They will promise great customer service which you may get until AFTER they get your money.

Very helpful, pleasant staff. I paid cash for a living room suite. The next day I checked to see if I could finance it instead. No problem. They sent the paperwork through. The next day I purchased tables. They were financed. The next day, I decided I wanted to completely change my purchase. I went back to the store, got everything changed for the new items.
The most pleasant people I have ever dealt with.

Sofa buying and sofa sitting can be exhausting. After sitting on sofa recliners at many discount stores we found Zak's Outlet. Went to the main store as well but ultimately purchased from the outlet. Bought some recliner love seats with cup holders and storage. Also got deals on two tv consoles that are heirloom quality.
HALF THE PRICE of other competitive stores! Had it all delivered, bought warranties for cheap. On the day it was delivered the guys were fast, polite, used furniture blankets, took good care getting the furniture exactly where we wanted it, with NO damages at all.

We purchased a TV console or our TV and to put our dvd player and stereo in bottom. I had a limited space so was on a size constriction and unfortunately the one I got was the only one that would fit..Paid a ridiculous price for it, $599.00 has 2 shelves behind glass doors and 2 pull out wicker baskets, TV sets on top.In addition to paying $$$$ for it, we had to put it together, Yes $599.99 plus tax for a TV stand and we had to put it together, it has 2 scratches on it and missing screws, thankfully we had ones that fit. When called about scratches was told it was last one and would have to order and could take 4-6 weeks, which would mean our new tv sitting on the floor for that long, making a 30 mile each way trip to bring it back and get new one, colored in the 2 scratches and vowed NEVER TO SHOP AT ZAK'S AGAIN THEY ARE EXTREMELY OVERPRICED, HAVE NO SALES HELP, YOU WANDER AROUND AND THEN HAVE TO GO HUNT SOMEONE DOWN IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS, IT TOOK 45 MINUTES TO CHECK OUT AND THEY WERE NOT BUSY.FOR WHAT THEY CHARGE FOR FURNITURE, IT SHOULD COME FULLY ASSEMBLED, NOT SHOPPING AT A DISCOUNT/SCRATCH AND DENT STORE, THIS IS SUPPOSEDLY HIGH END FURNITURE - IT'S NOT, AT LEAST NOT WHAT WE GOT.I ALSO NOTICED SCOTT SEEMS TO BE DOING A LOT OF APOLOGIZING BECAUSE SO MANY PEOPLE ARE UNHAPPYSAVE YOURSELF AGGRAVATION - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO SHOP FOR FURNITURE !!!!!

Sat in the store for almost 30 minutes in the store. Browsed at recliners. The sales ladies were all running around more interested in interior design than me. Sat in one recliner for over 20 minutes reading. Nobody ever asked me if I needed help until I was walking out then the older lady with long legs asked. Too late. I then sent an email to the company asking about a price. Nobody ever responded. I guess Zaks is not interested in selling anything.

ordered a sofa, came in damaged, waited 6 weeks for replacement fabric, checked on my order,no one knew what was going on with it and then was told it would be another 6 weeks and then 2 more weeks till repairs would be completed. I cancelled my order so disappointed, looked along time for just the right sofa. Customer service seemed just fine with my cancellation and didn't bother to look into the delay just a generic answer " on a container somewhere".I wont go back.
