Jeffrey William Robinson is not even a customer. He is another idiot that works for Saratoga Technologies. He is not even a customer. He's just mad because he works for a company that is horrible at what the attempt to do. I was a customer but because of incompetenece.

These folks are CRAZY stay away. They blame everyone else and malign them but they have no clue. Service well that does not exist with them. Avoid!

I have ordered from them for years. Professional friendly service, unbelievable quality packaging in shipping and choices galore. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Fantastic customer service! I was trying to place an order online, but the 20% off code listed on their website's home page wasn't working. I called customer service and the guy I talked with, I believe his name was Craig or Chris, or something along those lines, was very friendly and helpful. He got my order placed for me with the discount, and said he would get it shipped out as soon as possible. Fantastic service - I can't wait to get my order!

Franken Frames work is excellent. I would highly recommend them. I have had several pictures done there and they have done fantastic work at a fantastic price.
