This was my first time buying a car at a car dealership. It was an odd experience. My sales man for the most part was okay. However they do not like to negotiate at all. I saw a car I liked online and I went to the dealership and tried to negotiate they took 200 dollars off the car and I didn't think it was a good enough deal. I came back a week later and found the card cheaper on the website for additional 300 off. I called my sales man and told him I wanted 2,000 for my trade in and I'll come in and buy the car. He confirmed I'd get 2,000 for it and he told me since it's a newer car it comes with a warranty. When I arrived at the dealership to make the deal I was told two different things. My sales man said he had to double-check with his manager to make sure they can give me 2,000 for my car. He came back and said since the car is a good deal already they can only give me 1500. I told him if he wants me to buy a car they have to give me 2,000. He went back and got his sales manager. Who basically insulted me. Asking whats my deal and why I think I can get 2,000 for my trade in. After going back and fourth and threatening to go to another dealership he caved and told y salesman he would give me 2,000 for my trade in. When I agreed to buy the car the fiance guy was really nice. He asked if I wanted to buy the waranty I said since it's a 2016 should it already come with one? He said it does not. I said my salesman said it does and it was certified car. The fiance guy said it is not certfied and does not come with a warranty . The salesman came in and said he never told me any of this I said yes you did. He started back tracking saying I took it the wrong way. The fiance guy said he would give me a deal on the waranty so I bought it. After this experience im not sure if I would buy another car from this dealership.

Worst experience at a car dealership I’ve ever had. All I wanted to do was test drive two different cars. After 40 minutes of waiting and being lied to, I drove home in the car I came in. Oh, but at least I was given permission to sit in a car. WHOOPEE! Wrong. If I tell you that I want to test drive a car, let me test drive a car. The customer service is terrible. I and my father got yelled at. Don’t shop here go to Findlay.

To start off the dealership is beautiful, everything seems fantastic on the exterior!
I'll leave you to determine whether you feel comfortable taking your vehicle to this location.
I took my car here to get an oil change on Monday August 1st 2016 (today is September 12th and I still haven't seen any resolution to my issue.
To shorten this review I will consolidate what happened:
-Took my car to get an oil change.
    -They made a mistake.
-My oil plug was not properly tightened.
-The oil plug came off while I was driving on the highway.
-Lost all the oil from my car and my car was thickly covered with oil.
-Stranded on the side of the road on vacation.
-Tom Brown the service manager thinks that it the situation they placed me in was funny and laughed on the phone saying that "they are not liable for damage to my vehicle."
Blew off calls and voicemails for several weeks.
Refused to do anything other than the promises of a check I have not received for over a month, and to be completely honest do not expect to receive.
If they are not liable for any mistakes they make to your vehicle do you feel comfortable getting your vehicle serviced here? I would really hate to see this small mistake happen again to another person and have them not get off the highway or road in time, loose oil and get in a serious accident.

Matt Floyd and Gabe made our first experience with a hyundai dealer extremely easy and exciting. It wasn't a high pressure sale, and helped us a lot to have them as our sales people. I would highly recommend these two at this location if you are in the market for a very affordable and fuel efficient vehicle.

Got a flat tire on my car. I called and made a claim who the representative was very friendly & helpful. Your service was outstanding you got me right in and taken care and then I was on my way. And the tire protection service I purchased when I bought the car covered my tire and any extras. Thank you! Shirley Tyree

I had already started working with a different Taylor Hyundai dealership. They had a vehicle that I liked, but not the color. I found that Perrysburg had the same vehicle, but in a color that I liked. I contacted Perrysburg and told the person that I spoke with the situation. His response was that I could come to Perrysburg and test drive the vehicle and, if I liked it, they could transfer it to the other dealership. I then spoke with the other Taylor dealership and they said there was no reason to do that rather to just come in and test drive the one that they had and then, if I liked it, they would get the other colored one transferred from Perrysburg. So, since the other dealership had already given me a quote on my trade-in, I decided to go there and test drive the car. When done with the test drive, I told them I would buy the one that Perrysburg had, if they could transfer it into their inventory. After waiting for about 45 minutes while they were talking to the Perrysburg dealership, I was finally told that they would not be able to get it and that Perrysburg was telling them that they had a contract signed on that car. I called the next morning to Perrysburg as an "anonymous" customer and asked if I could set up a time to come drive the car I had been interested and was told that I could any time that day. I indicated that I would be coming from a little ways away and wanted to make sure that vehicle was still available. The lady I spoke with assured me that it was and proceeded with trying to set up a test drive. Interesting, as they supposedly had a contract signed on that very car the night before

I honestly don't know where the truth lies on this one, as I didn't have a positive experience with the other Taylor dealership either, but this put a sour taste in my mouth. Two dealerships, under one name (Taylor) could not even work together well enough to transfer a vehicle (which they both had told me they could) to satisfy the needs of a customer.

Update - I received the generic response to my post asking me to contact them. Not sure why they didn't call me, since they have my name and phone number in their system. I called, told the lady who answered, my name and I explained that I was calling back in response to a google review and a request to call in. She asked which dealership and I indicated the Perrysburg one. The lady put me on hold, came back a couple minutes later and asked my name, and put my on hold again. After a few more minutes, without any further conversation, I was forwarded to an extension that rang 3 times and then went to an unidentified voicemail. I left a message and will see if I get a call back. After further thought, I called back to Perrysburg to ensure it wasn't a system glitch and she indicated that she had forwarded me down to the other Taylor dealership, since she saw I was their customer. Clearly, the message for me to call them back appears to be simply something to make them look OK on the review site, but they did not really seem to have interest in talking to me. Not really a big deal at this point, as there is nothing that can be done to fix the situation. it's just frustrating that they don't even seem to care..

I had an amazing experience today at Taylor Hyundai of Perrysburg and my car salesman, Joe Logan, was a true professional. I was able to trade in my old 2015 3.8 Genesis, upgrade into the new 2018 3.3T G80 Sport in an amazing white/black color easily and without any hassle or pressure to do so from Joe. I would absolutely highly recommend the dealership and Joe Logan in particular to anyone looking for a new Hyundai!

Just purchased a used 2015 Kia Optima from Morey and the process was very simple and easy, even for this first time car buyer. They had the cars ready to test drive that I requested and my salesman was very knowledgeable about the cars and showed me all of their unique features. They took a situation that can be overwhelming and made it into a very smooth and simple process. Would highly recommend this dealership and Morey to anyone looking to buy any new or used car.

It was my first time leasing a car. I figured they would try to up sell me on everything because I was a female and didn't really know what I was doing. I was wrong. I went in thinking I wanted to look at a Santa Fe or an Elantra, and ended up looking at a Tucson. Joe Logan was a wonderful salesman. He was pretty honest and upfront about anything I needed to know about the car and leasing. When it came down to money, Joe worked with me to help keep me within my budget and get me the car that I wanted. Great first time experience. If you're looking into a Hyundai, I definitely recommend them!

Went on Saturday to lease a car. Our salesman Joe Logan was great. It took a long time for financing because there was only one finance person on site that day. But they were very willing to work with us. First time I've bought a car and didn't feel like they felt they were in charge. The customer service is top notch. Other than having to wait almost 2 hours to speak to finance it was the most positive experience I've encountered purchasing a vehicle. I'd recommend them to anyone. I will be a repeat customer.
