Fantastic dining, I haven't had the chance to b stay for a night. But went in for the breakfast and was amazed! For about $12 you get to eat from an all you can eat buffet and order main entrees off the menu, there's espresso, latte, cappuccino and full coffee bar all inclusive!!! Customer service awesome, food quality 10/10 and there location can't be beat. There drive to the ranch while the sun rises is inspiring. Couldn't be happier with my short visit. I be will be back!!!!

The staff was very rude and unhelpful. While trying to make reservations I was told I would be given a call back to discuss activities that are offered. No one called me back. The next day I called and spoke to a woman at the front desk who said that the spa treatment that is offered on the web-site is no longer available. I was put me on two long holds and then said she would have to call me back because she was checking in guests. This was supposed to be a birthday gift for my mom and Tanque Verde Guest Ranch made it a hassle.

I'm not quite sure how this place gets 5 stars. It's incredibly dated and needs remodeled. We arrived late and were told where our room was. Upon entering, we could smell something dead in our room. We called front desk and with me having to press them, they finally agreed to move us. Turns out, some dead mice in the room in the walls. We keep getting emails for Spring Break 2018. $550 a night????? You've got to be kidding me. I wouldn't pay $99 a night. I promise you, I'm not embellishing for dramatic effect. Save your money.

visited or family who wad staying In town at the resort..Beautiful ranch and facilities, however the kiddie pool was green and unusable. They also must have been doing some renovations as there was a backhoe parked on the walking trail to get to the rooms with several toilets in the bucket. The rooms were very large and spacious, however there is no TV.. although we provided our own entertainment as we were busy catching a packrat that had managed to sneak in. Overall the place is great, but people need to understand this isn't a high end hotel. It's a dude ranch expect nature :)

The Ranch was an amazing place to have a leadership event. At one time we had a self reflection period where we were encouraged to find a quite spot. There were plenty of quiet, beautiful, and inspirational spots to choose from. Everyone was super friendly too.

The rooms were nice and clean. I loved the atmosphere. Service was top notch. The horseback riding for kids was great. My daughter loved it! Will definitely go back again.

I love the 'old fashioned​', wild-wild-west environment that this resort offers. From the doorknobs in the rooms(or lack there of), ,to the ceilings and tables in the main dinning room, ,all the way to the horseback riding and hiking trails, ,this resort enstills the very essence of old-western tradition.
A bit of a drive, on the Eastern edge of Tucson's city limits, Tanque Verde Ranch provides a relaxing and natural escape from the 'hustle and bustle' of larger cities. The beautiful mountain landscapes settled betwixt the Saguaro National Park provides breathtaking views in combination with the immaculate Arizona sunsets that are rivaled by all, ,and second to none.response / report this review -

This ranch was pretty cool. There are lots of horses. I'm allergic to horses so my eyes got itchy, but the brunch was good. The scenery is as nice as it gets in Tucson.

Great place to have dinner and drinks. Great food and atmosphere. Waiting around for the golf cart to take you anywhere might take you a while. Be prepared to walk.

The Tanque Verde Ranch is a fabulous location for a special event, such as a wedding. Located at the base of the Rincon Mountains, it offers breathtaking views and an outstanding experience for visiting guests. The food and service was perfect and everyone had a great time. I'm looking forward to seeing their holiday events.

It was a very fun, low-key experience for the family. It's best if the kids are all 4yo or more, so they can stay in the kids programs for stretches while the parents get time together. The staff is very friendly and the guests all had a sense of community.

I visited for a March Wedding at the ranch. It is the best that Arizona has to offer. The beautiful vegetation and mountains are the perfect backdrop to a Southwest wedding, or any other stay here. The lodging is rustic but clean and very comfortable. The facilities are all beautiful.
