Amazing buffet and the group really enjoyed themselves! We went on a group outing and at first I wasn't sure what to do since I don't really gamble. Well, that changed fast! It really turned out to be a fun day! For those of you who don't really gamble, try the Wheel of Fortune machine! The casino does allow smoking, however, I was happy to see just a few people doing that. Without question, every staff member looked and acted like they were working at a "High End" casino. That surprised me. You can tell management are on their toes.

Rooms are very nice and comfortable if you get the room you requested. Two years in s row, we've changed rooms the second day because it wasn't what we had requested. However, buffet is delicious, pools are really nice, valet is fast, and the hotel is very clean. Casino is typical.don't plan on winning, but there are many newer, different slots.

This is definitely a more entertaining casino than you can find outside of Vegas. The summer is my favorite time to go because it's not unusual for people to be dressed in nothing but swimwear. As diverse a demographic group as one can get in Arizona, since it's the classiest casino in the area. The odds aren't outstanding but it's a casino. You're supposed to go to spend money and if something else happens well that should be a pleasant surprise.
Patrons are almost always friendly to one another here and it's almost guaranteed someone will strike up conversation with you if you are open to it. Personally I have made a few good friends who began as total strangers here.response / report this review -

The absolutely most classiest casino in the valley. Lots of high rollers and there is always a good video going on. Smoke free poker and table games. Beautiful bar great chicken parmigiana. Great poker action. All of the best players come here. I just wish the rooms were cheaper. The kitchen menu is half off for poker players. Huge poker room with TVs everywhere.

Talking stick resort is a great place for gambling, entertainment, food, drinks and business and social events. It holds the biggest poker room in town called the arena. The games are fun and continuously being upgraded. You can play machine blackjack, roulette and craps in one place. The hotel is amazing with dancing lights on the outside that you can see from the freeway. There is so much to do like visiting the spa or pool. I would suggest visiting this resort for all your entertainment or relaxation needs.

On my way, home from Casino Arizona, I decided to try my luck at the sister casino since I was ahead. I found it easy and safe to park and find the casino, as I was a woman alone after 2am. It is a very nice, clean casino with a slightly better class of gamblers. But I found the staff less appealing than Casino Arizona. The blackjack dealers were not as friendly, no eye contact, less smiles somewhat lacking in the basic customer service skills. I played the slots instead, blackjack seemed more inviting at Casino Arizona.

Great facility, great staff. We were comped our room upgrade, along with a genuine staff. We will be back again and we highly recommend to anyone living in the valley or visiting. I feel like a goddess, thank you talking stick!

We often visit the wandering horse buffet at the talking stick to celebrate special occasions. Today we visited for lunch to celebrate my dad's birthday. Food and service was great as always. Gaming in the casino is always fun as well!

Nice hotel. Didn't love the casino but Orange Sky was an amazing restaurant. It was easily 5 stars, would give it a higher rating if I could. Highly recommend you check it out if you are looking for a very nice meal, with a price tag to match.

World class resort and casino! It's tough to compete with the elegance of upper echelon Vegas casinos, but Talking Stick accomplishes that and then some! Well worth a visit. The Blue Coyote downstairs has good food, and the gumbo bar on the casino level is delicious! Get the extra spicy flavoring too! High limit slot and blackjack area is tiny but very clean nonetheless!

The Talking Stick Resort is a great place to have events. The facilities are nice, the food is great the rooms are excellent. The parking is convenient. The only thing I do not like is the lack of non-smoking areas and that I have to walk through the smoky casino to get to my conference area. In this way these Casino Resorts have not raised the bar. The casino is still for retirees and people who are less health-conscious. That's the nicest way I can put it. Whereas conferences are for everybody so they should figure out a way to work around that better. Also I was looking to visit the spa and you have to go through the secure area to the rooms to get there so I was not able to go. Otherwise great location as well.

Beautiful exterior and interior. There is a relaxing place to sit by the fountains by the front entrance before you even walk in. The staff are very friendly and out going. The atmosphere is full of life and there are always events going on and places to just lounge and relax.

The casino is fun on Saturday. There was a live band playing great music that had everyone dancing. I also had fun winning on the slot machine! Great place to people watch and eat tasty food.

Friendly staff. Beautiful hotel. We did not stay in the rooms as we were just there for the casino. But the restaurant food is very good and the atmosphere is fun. The casino is definitely the nicest in the area!

Visited talking Stick resort for the weekend lunch buffet which is priced at $15 per adult. The buffet was huge. There were stalls of Italian, Chinese, Mexican along with a huge section dedicated to variety of desserts starting from chocolate cake to tarts and pies and ending with variety of gelatos and sorbets. Even if one tasted each one item it will be enough food for the day. Also have heard a lot about the chicken fried rice but haven't had tried that one out. May be next time
