Sasha, thank you for such an amazing haircut and helping me step out of my comfort zone! It's been 2 years since I've been able to rock a hairstyle that I love, and thanks to you I'm back in control of these crazy chemo curls! Loving the new style!!!

I have very difficult hair and it responds uniquely to color (doesn't follow the rules), but Kelly was able to go above and beyond anything I've ever had before! 💖 Mark consistently cuts my hair perfectly, somehow giving me what I want even when I don't think there's any way it could possibly work 💖
I've been coming to this location for 20 years and have had close to 100% successful results. Also, Channel was great at fixing a huge color snafu I had going on once.

When I went there, everyone was very nice & the styles they created were amazing! (I haven't been there in a while as my daughter-in-law does my hair now, and SHE is AMAZING as well! If she were not doing my hair I would be back at TonI & Guy in Arrowhead!)

I am never ever EVER disappointed with my experience here! Micheal is a hair guru and knows exactly how to work with how your hair textured and how it behaves. He has taught me so much about my own hair that I never even knew! I won't go anywhere else. Ive also recently had my hair colored by Sonia and I couldn't be happier. I always continue getting compliments on my hair style (and now color) weeks after the appointment.

Do not go there if you love your hair. Monica destroyed my hair with the worst haircut I have ever had. From wanting a bob to an inch of hair. She f'd up my hair that bad that I walked out with an inch of hair in the back all the way up. I was in tears and I'm still in tears as I write this.
What makes this even worse I still had to pay for it and the manager didn't apologize once. My husband called them and raised hell ans they said the owner will call me. Never heard back.
The damage is done and it will take months and months to grow out this mess.
I hope you read this review before you go and it's to late.

Terrible experience! It was our first time there yesterday and a lady with purple hair at the front desk didn't attend my mom she just kept starring at her and then attended someone else! 😡 She was very rude not to mention my mom makes a appointment to get a haircut and they put her as hair color and she didn't want hair color just a haircut and we wait for half and hour to tell us that one of the employees don't do haircuts just color and only hair dye and when we try to discuss what my mom explained what she wanted they said the next appointment wasn't until 6! So disappointed with this place. We won't be coming back again.

I have been coming to Toni&Guy for a couple years now. It took me forever to find a perfect hairstylist. I went from salon to salon until one day I decided to come go Toni to get my hair cut. Ivonne was my hairstylist that day and she cut my hair perfect and exactly how I wanted it. I am particular as to how I want my hair cut. She did exactly what I asked for. Before she cut my hair she took the time to understand what it was that I wanted. Not only does she cut hair perfectly, she will actually have a conversation with you! Most hairstylists do not but she is simply amazing! If you are looking for someone who will cut your hair exactly how you want it come here and ask for Ivonne. Trust me, you won't regret it. She is my favorite and she will also become your favorite, too. You can thank me later.

I was recommended to Tony and Guy and for the first time I called and made a appointment, the person who answered the phone asked if I wanted to make my appointment for Scottsdale or arrowhead. I made myself clear it was arrowhead in Glendale. I arrived to the location 30 mi utes early only to find out my appointment was made for Scottsdale.
I asked to speak to the manager, shortly after being on hold someone answered and kept saying we are going through remodeling and during the construction phones are not working properly. He didn't care to fix my problem instead kept telling me about their problem. Towards the end I found out he was the owner.. save ur money and go somewhere else, this place can't even make appointments don't trust them with ur hairresponse / report this review -

Terrible experience. I've been a customer for over three years and in the past year, they have not kept appointments, called me last minute to tell me they are running 45 minutes late, after I already drove one half hour to get there. Mark has consistently kept me waiting after a hair color. One time 45 minutes. Chanel has always kept her color appointments and does a wonderful job. DO NOT GO TO MARK for a haircut!!!!!! Poor management at this location.. STAY AWAY !!!!!!!
