Amazing place to stay! The staff is kind and courteous. The rooms and the hotel are very clean. The breakfast is delicious and it's incredibly dog friendly. If you do have an extended stay, this place makes you feel right at home.

The hotel was very clean and spacious. We had plenty of room for a party of 5 with the pull out couch. The breakfast buffet was a nice touched as it made it easy for us to get going in the mornings. We will definitely return when we visit again.

First time ever staying here in the room nice and clean fresh not hot. The complimentary breakfast was delicious my daughter was just expecting just like Bagels sweetbreads. For me the best thing was the oatmeal it was delicious. And to find out that the cook was named Delia made it even more better because my name is Delia. I would stay here again. Our four person stay in the two queen bed room was fantastic! The room was more like a two bedroom suite, as it had ample space for the two beds, a large shower, a nice small TV area with couch seating for four, and a nice sized kitchen (no dishwasher or stove but had a breakfast bar and a full size refrigerator w/ freezer). I would certainly consider this place for our next visit, it was such a great value find! Oh, and all of the personnel we interacted with were very professional and helpful, especially the lady serving the free breakfast because she let us stay 15 minutes after it had ended. Thanks again! PS - going to try and remember to stay in room 324 again :)

We are a family of 5 and stayed here during our trip to Disneyland. The morning commute to Disneyland was typically 15-20 minutes, heading back to the hotel in the evening would take 30-40 minutes in traffic. Our room was clean and spacious. The entire staff was very courteous and helpful during our 5 night stay. Monday thru Wednesday nights the hotel offers a complimentary evening reception of food and drinks in the dining area. The complimentary breakfast each morning has plenty of options. We will definitely stay here again.

I checked in at 3:30 pm and immediately called the front desk to let them know that the light above the vanity area was out. Mike answered the phone and said that he would send someone over. I returned from an errand at 6:30 pm and the light was not repaired. I called the front desk and Nick answered the phone. I told Nick that I called the front desk earlier and that I needed to wash my hair but the vanity light was out. Nick assured me that someone was on the way. I never received a call and no one ever showed up to fix the light. I was not able to wash my hair that evening. We stay at allot of Marriott properties and have never been completely ignored. There were minor housekeeping issues such as hair in the sink, no soap for the kitchen and the extra preferences that I requested in my profile were not done (another surprise because previous Marriott properties have always provided extra amenities listed in my profile). As I stated all minor things but to completely ignore two calls that I made is terrible customer service. When we check out I plan on informing management however the public needs to be aware of the lack in customer service at this property! I was ignored twice and I don't expect management to make a wrong right at this point. Very disappointed in my stay here!

Easy access to 405/55 fwy. Situated in a business area. There is a FedEx, Starbucks and flame broiler next door. The rooms are spacious and up to date as this is a fairly new hotel. The free breakfast is fairly standard - a few hot items and Continental items. Parking is free.

Nice and newer hotel. Rooms were spacious and the front counter staff surprised kids with some treat bags. Loved the basketball court and workout room was better than average. Nice hotel, nice people, decent location.

complimentary breakfast in the morning is great! Location is centrally located within 10 minute drive to costco, shopping centers, malls, zoo. Very convenient, and a short 30min drive to the beach as well! I would reccomend this place to anyone visiting the Los Angeles area.

The staff is knowledgeable & kind. When we arrived our rooms weren't quite ready, do they held our luggage, while we went out. The rooms are nice & clean. The pull out sofa is not great, I wish they would upgrade them to the foam mattresses.

Rooms are great. Mixers with free food and drinks are awesome. Breakfast is very good. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome.

Cozy, Clean, Rooms are small, but pillows are yummy! Very warm, friendly, place to stay, across the street from park! Walking distance to some nice eats! Hotel has yummy food also, not far from downtown, but in the Old Town part of Santa Ana! Would totally stay there again!
