As always, Sweeney Chevrolet goes out of their way for their customers, and Tony is one of the best service advisors! Professional & courteous. He always takes care of me and makes sure I leave happy. Keep up the good work!
Had a great experience here. Took my car in early for an Auto Butler since I had to make arrangements for transportation since my work scheduled a last minute meeting at the same time as my appointment. Not only did they let me drop it off early but they took it in early as well and it was done before my meeting. I will always come here for my service!!
Trevor did a great job. I was indecisive but he patiently worked with me to find what I wanted. Got a great deal, a fair trade-in and am confident that the service department will continue to do an excellent job. After all, that is how we chose Sweeney - because of their service department. I would definitely recommend Sweeney Chevy or GMC (my trade-in was a GMC). Ask for Trevor. He can match your needs on both sides of the street.
Received a phone call from someone saying they were calling for my salesperson. Funny enough, I was at a Volvo dealership when they called me. I have a lease that ends in December and they called to tell me about all the incentives available. I told them I was not interested in leasing again, but wanted to purchase. I also told them that I was looking at other non GMC vehicles. Person on the phone told me there were incentives, up to $4000 on their vehicles so I decided to come in. The sales person I met with wasn't very motivated to sell me a car. The inventory available did not include any of the vehicles I was interested in purchasing. I asked if he could locate a vehicle for me to purchase and he said yes, but, and I'm paraphrasing, it had limits. He seemed more interested in leasing a vehicle. The incentives were not on 2018. The caller made it sound like there were incentives available for new 2018 purchase. This is the second time I have been fooled by Sweeney's telemarketing. The first time I was told there were options to trade in my lease early for another vehicle, but when I took the time to drive 30 minutes to check it out it was not true. I have purchased one vehicle from them, along with leasing 2 others. I also sent my parents and they bought a truck. Later that afternoon, I purchased a Ford Explorer. Great incentives and a helpful salesperson who only offered my what I was looking for, nothing else.
The experience at Sweeney Chevrolet was awesome. From the moment that Lisa Sefcik meets us in the sales lot. She was knowledgeable and informative about the Silverado brand as well a others that we inherited about in the Chevy line up. She is a star in the Sweeney Chevrolet galaxy. Jason who handled the financing was also amazing. He informed us of the buying process along with warranty, servicing and potentially returning for another vehicle for my wife in the near future. My wife and myself would like to say thanks to the whole Sweeney team they are all incredible. We look forward to doing business with them in the future and making them our home dealership.
I highly recommend Sweeney. The sales agent Steve Bannon was the best sales consultant I ever met with. He went above and beyond customer service. The prices where fair and honest. Next vehicle my family or business needs we will defiantly go back to Sweeney.
I highly recommend Sweeney Chevrolet! I was experiencing some very minor issues with my Chevy but kept procrastinating making an appointment (I am a student living away from home and my dad usually takes care of this kind of stuff). From the moment I drove my car into their service garage to the time I picked up my car 24 hours later, all of the staff were so unbelievably nice and made my experience easy and hassle free. I cannot thank, in particular, Jenna enough for all of her help! Jenna took such good care of everything and called me several times to update me on the mechanics' progress and also to see if I was doing ok with my loaner vehicle. I am so thankful to know I have such a great dealership right down the road from me in case anything were to happen with my Chevy!
Sweeney Chevrolet is a car dealership that sells new and used vehicles. They have great service their people are polite and very knowledgeable and they don't pressure people to get a sale. I was able to walk around and look at all Chevrolet has to offer without having someone standing over me pressuring me. When I was ready to find out what I wanted to know about the vehicles I was interested in salesman were readily available with all the answers. I bought a new car and was pleased from beginning to end. Oh I love the vehicle I bought thank you Sweeny Chevrolet!!!!
I have owned my 2012 Chevy Volt for 5.5 years.
It is quite simply the best car I have ever owned.
Service, although minimal on this car has been quick and easy!
I have zero complaints.
As soon as GM gets the Chevy Bolt introduced into Ohio, we will be purchasing another vehicle from Sweeney's!
GOT OIL CHANGED ABOUT A WEEK AGO LOVE GUYS BUT WHILE I WAS WAITING I WHEN INTO THE SHOW ROOM AND THE TRUCK OF MY DREAMS JUST SITTING THERE. THE WAIT WASN'T LONG ENOUGH FOR ME TO REALLY TAKE GOOD LOOK AROUND . YOU DO A WONDERFUL JOB .THANK YOU SO MUCH.
My whole experience was great, my service advisor, Tony, couldn't have been nicer and more professional. He's a great asset to your team. Even gave me a ride to my doctor and picked me up when I and the card was finished.
I purchased my GMC from Preston but Sweeney is closer to me and I have always had great experiences with all repairs and oil changes. They have been courteous and punctual and even offered me a discount on my oil change although I left my coupon at home. The work was done very well and at a fair price. I'll continue to come to Sweeney!
I purchased a 2015 Cruze on 1/21/17. Since then I have had a thumping noise coming from the rear tires. I brought it in 2/20/17 and they had it two days. All they said was that the tires were never rotated properly prior to my purchase, causing the rear tires to get cupped, hence the sound. I also noticed the tires in the rear are down to 5/32", which is approximately half worn. This vehicle is still under warranty, including the tires on it, and I truly feel they should have replaced them. A car with only 10,000 miles having half worn tires is very excessive, in my humble opinion. It does not seem very fair that I should have to pay for the previous owner's negligence or abuse, whatever the case may have been. Had the tires been properly maintained before my purchase or had the dealer made good on this during their inspection, I would not be writing this review. The only positive out of the whole ordeal is that they gave me a rental to drive, especially since they had my vehicle for two consecutive days. In view of my observations and experience, it is difficult for me, in good conscience, to recommend this dealership.
Update: I filed a report with the BBB about this and I received the two tires installed. I still had to pay $89.00 for them after we agreed to split the cost 60/40, based on remaining tread life, but it solved my problem and I no longer hear that dreadful noise. I like the car a lot better now and actually look forward to driving it. After giving me some touch up paint, waiting 2 months to get a book for the car, and the tires, I am now probably the most hated customer of theirs and they probably think I am some sort of bastard by now. That is okay, though.
